  Negatives: 1. Evening staff out front smoking when I arrived. Amazing greeting having to walk through smoke. 2. Mold on shower ceiling. 3. Sheets on one bed disheveled with hairs and nastiness. Looks like someone napped there then quickly made the bed. 4. Charger left plugged in from previous occupants. 5. Trash left in refrigerator from previous occupants. 6. A lot of dust build up on fixtures, ledges, and dispensers. 7. Boyfriend of front desk clerk just hanging around when I checked out. Stayed with my family. We were way too tired and only staying eight hours to complain. Just wanted to sleep. Positives: 1. Breakfast was very good. 2. Lots of onsite entertainment options. 3. Noise kept to a minimum. 4. Heating/Air unit worked well We will not be staying again.

  I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. A special shout‑out to Janel and Moises, who truly made my experience unforgettable. Janel was incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming, she consistently checked in to ensure I had everything I needed. Moises was just as wonderful, providing excellent service with a friendly attitude that made every interaction a pleasure. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, with great amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. But it was the outstanding customer service, especially from Janel and Moises, that really stood out and made my stay feel personal and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to Janel and Moises for making my visit exceptional!:-)

  From check-in to checkout our stay was excellent. We arrived very late and were greeted by a friendly front desk person. She made our check-in quick and easy. Our double queen bed room was clean and comfortable. The beds, incredibly comfortable and THEY MADE NO NOISE. usually Hotel bed squeak or creep. These beds were silent. It was incredible. The blackout curtains made morning seem like night for breakfast, no frills, but exactly what we needed. The price is incredibly reasonable so close to a major city. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to the area.
