The rooms were pretty nice, clean. The curtains are amazing!! They blocked out all light. The breakfast was a little of a disappointment. It just seemed to lack. Hotel also didn't have an awning to drive under to protect you from rain to unload your vehicle, and it happened to rain when we were leaving

In between working and checking in guests she was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable and helped me get done what I needed to do! Asha is an exemplary employee and TRU by Hilton should model all your employees on the exemplary customer service Asha showed me and I'm very impressed and grateful if I could hire an employee as good as she is I'd be very thankful! Please buy her a nice lunch from me and consider her for a raise and promotion!
