  My family and I recently stayed here for a Clark Atlanta tour. This was a great location for that tour, it was not far at all. The hotel is located centrally for different parks and sites. We went down near the aquarium and it was maybe a 5 to 8 min drive. Clark is about the same distance. The hotel itself is new and nice. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Check in was easy. Parking is available across the street for 25 a night or 45 for valet. We parked across the street with no issues. The hotel is clean in the Common areas, hallways and elevators. The rooms were modernized and nice and clean. They are partially carpeted and hard floor which is a plus for me. I personally hate carpet in high traffic areas. The bed was nice and firm and very clean. The furniture in the room is firm and easy clean material with is a plus also. The bathroom was clean. The towels are very plush and very clean. The shower was nice. They have a Bluetooth for the mirror but I didnt use it. Our overall experience was very good. I hope these standards remain especially if my daughter decides on Clark. I would stay here again.

  Pros: * The hotel is new and very clean. * My room was spacious — perhaps I received an upgrade, though it wasn’t mentioned. * The bed was good and comfortable. * The room includes a new Nespresso machine. * The lobby shop is well-stocked with drinks and snacks — pricey, but convenient for a late-night bite. Cons: * There’s no kettle in the room. When I asked for hot water, I was told they dont have. The new Nespresso machine doesnt allow to get only hot water. It only works with a capsule. *The water pressure was extremely low, which made showers less enjoyable. It seemed to be a hotel-wide issue. * The downtown location is central but felt less safe to walk around at night. Inside hotel felt safe. Overall: A good option if you’re in Atlanta for a conference or city event.

  I usually don’t leave hotel reviews but I am really shocked at how subpar my whole experience here was, for the price. The atrium was super loud at night with people yelling and echoing all the way up to the 5th floor. I could barely get to sleep because of all the yelling, both nights because my room faced interior. My room made very loud beeping sounds every so often- sounded like a Bluetooth connecting inside the room - which is naturally concerning as I couldn’t really figure out why that was happpening. My room was not cleaned in the 2 nights I slept there. The water pressure was terrible, could barely rinse the conditioner out of my hair in the shower. Bed was squeaky. And other than the front desk staff being really nice, would not recommend this hotel. There is way better value to be had at other places.

  I didnt know what to expect but this was a great stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. The parking outside was kinda crazy of you're driving from out of town. You pretty much have to find parking on the city streets before you can check in. They have to find a way to make that process better. The restaurant was really good for breakfast and dinner. The service was good too. I would come here again and recommend to others.

  I am a paralegal who had trial at the Fulton County courthouse across the street from the hotel. The location was absolutely perfect. My room was honestly one of the cleanest rooms I’ve been in, in a long time. No hairs anywhere, which I always seem to find in my hotel room even after a “cleaning”. I bring Clorox wipes with me and wipe everything down and there seemed to be no dirt anywhere. The staff was very accommodating and hospitable, down to the valet and cleaning staff. The restaurant in the hotel, Social Capital, was delicious. I loved that breakfast was not buffet style, but cooked to order from a menu selection. The pancakes are to die for! At one point, the restaurant seemed to be short staffed with one waitress handling everything, but because she was so attentive to each and every guest, you would think there was three of her. I would definitely come back for a stay. I hope they keep up the great work.
