By far the biggest ripoff I’ve ever experienced while entertaining my kids. The “ride” was not fun bc the whole point of the ride was to use the blasters to shoot things but the blasters didn’t work at all. My 3 year old wanted to go around multiple times so we pretended to shoot the things. The rocket scanner and makeshift asteroid game was mostly broken with only a couple stations working properly. The “4D movie” was literally a short film with no words from the characters, just gibberish. It had lights that felt as if someone was just flipping the switch on and off while the movie was playing. The water “mist” from the ceiling was very heavy and was most like a downpour that was not at all synced to the film. The same goes for the floor fan that was hanging from the ceiling that turned on after the water spray just to dry you off essentially. This was absolutely pathetic given what they charge you. Pathetic. Tickets are cheaper by a little bit if you buy them online before going in. Don’t pay full price for this crap. In fact - Just don’t go. Oh and digital photos don’t work either for whatever reason even though we paid for them as part of our ticket purchase.

This has to be some of the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent in Atlanta.. my kids are 10 and 12 and this place is designed for 4 and 5 year olds.. the photos weren’t working.. stuff was out of order.. the guns on the ride weren’t working.. so my kids sat there as we went through and the screens were so dumb you couldn’t even tell what was happening. The amount of screaming 3 year olds and crying baby’s in the main area made it feel like I was in a daycare from hell. Waited 20 minutes for the 4D movie only to be told we had to wait another 20 minutes due to difficulties. I’ve seen other 4D experiences.. this was ridiculous.. it would blow wind a few times it didn’t make sense.. they shined a couple lights.. my govee lights at home give a better effect. The place was also just dirty… kids squashing grapes under their feet in the jungle gym area,. Kids throwing legos everywhere… trash on the floor.. I will say the kids who were around 5 seemed like they were in heaven! But the fact I couldn’t pay with cash, and I couldn’t just pay to be an observer.. but have to pay FULL price just to walk my kids through.. it was $150 to have an experience worth about $15. Not to mention they don’t even inckude a set of legos or anything. I could keep ranting.. I just wish I had my money back.. lo

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money We’ve visited Legoland Atlanta before, and even though my child loves Legos, they didn’t want to return. I decided to give it another chance for the New Year’s Noon Celebration, hoping for a better experience during a special event. Unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. Each child received sparkling cider and a small prop, but nothing was offered for adults—even though we paid full price for tickets. The website advertised a “Lego Ball Drop,” which sounded exciting, but in reality, it was just a poorly executed balloon drop in a cramped space. Not all kids could participate, and instead of balloons gently falling at the countdown, the entire balloon bag fell from the ceiling onto the kids. Thankfully balloons aren’t heavy, but my child was pushed to the ground as adults and kids scrambled to free the balloons that never came loose. Overall, it was chaotic, poorly organized, and absolutely not worth the $100 we spent (1 child with two adults with nothing to do). We love Lego, but we won’t be visiting this location again. Maybe other Legoland locations offer a better experience, but this one was a waste of time and money.

The worst experience I have ever had. Completely inhumane. From the very beginning, most of the employees showed a rude and completely unempathetic attitude, with the only exception being the Master Builder woman, who was kind and attentive. The first serious issue occurred when my son needed to use the restroom. He had built a small car with great excitement, and we asked the theater employee if he could hold it for us while we went to the bathroom. His response was cold and dismissive—he said he couldn’t help and that the only option was to leave it on a small podium. When we returned, the restrooms had no toilet paper or soap, even though it was only 11:00 a.m. To make matters worse, when we came back, the employee had taken the car my son had worked so hard to build, dismantled it, and put the pieces back. Seeing my son so heartbroken was devastating. Later, during the Master Builder class, something even more disturbing happened. A child who clearly had a special condition did not count his pieces. When the child said he was missing a piece, the employee responded in a humiliating and insensitive way: “I told you to count them at the beginning.” That was my breaking point. I stood up and left, because I will not tolerate children being treated this way—especially those who need understanding and support. The complete lack of humanity continued at the exit. In front of me, a mother with a baby asked two employees if she could go to her car to get diapers. They refused, stating it was a “one entry only” policy, completely ignoring the fact that this was a basic need for a baby. I was in shock. After witnessing this, I asked if I could go get my child’s medication, and I received the exact same response. Denying a child their medication or a baby their diapers is cruel and unacceptable. This place showed a total lack of empathy, humanity, and common sense. It is not a safe or respectful environment for families or children. If you are looking for a place where children are treated with coldness and disregard, this is it. I will never return.
