  We recently stayed at the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta while attending a conference, which also happened to fall on my wife’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The hotel itself is elegant, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located in Buckhead with convenient access to everything we needed. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable and made it easy to relax and recharge after long conference days. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered went out of their way to make my wife feel celebrated. From warm birthday wishes throughout our stay to a wonderful surprise dessert tray waiting in our room upon arrival, the attention to detail was outstanding and deeply appreciated. A special thank you to Elijah at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure this was a memorable birthday and trip for both of us. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta to anyone looking for luxury paired with truly top notch service.

  Had 3-night stay! The location was perfect and the staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment I checked in. My room was spotless, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. Fast Wi-Fi, meetings and conference room facilities were excellent. Definitely recommend for any business. Highly recommended!

  Had an amazing experience during my one year anniversary stay! Very comfortable room and spacious bathroom. We were even lucky to snag restaurant and bar credits, along with breakfast passes. Special thank you to Eric for making our weekend a memorable one - will book again soon!

  Recently stayed here and I have to give a shout out to April, Big Kalhid, young Malik, Salem, Eric, and Timothy. I was here for work and they made this feel more like a vacation. April was very helpful and nice the moment I arrived. Kalhid was so friendly and respectful at the front door, and I enjoyed talking to him. Malik was very warming as the concierge and offered so much help. As for the lounge area Eric, Salem, and Timothy made sure I was satisfied and full of great food and beverages. My over all stay was top notch, also house keeping was amazing and every night I had a bucket full of ice and mint on my pillow.

  The employees were great and the hotel looks nice but it does not feel nice. I just stayed here for a conference. The biggest issue was the water temperature. In the room, the sink was ok because it had two handles--one cold and one hot. But the shower was scalding and would stay scalding until the faucet was almost turned off, at which point it would be freezing. I had to keep alternating to be able to shower. And it clearly wasn't just my room as the sinks in the public bathrooms on the ground floor were all freezing all the time. So much so that others commented on it. It was very cold outside this weekend, but the main lobby of the hotel didn't seem to have heat. It always felt like the doors were open, but they weren't. These are not the type of problems a luxury hotel should present. On top of that, the mattress was too hard and the pillows too soft. I get this is subjective, but especially when there's 4 pillows on a bed there's no reason to have 4 pillows that are all too soft. I would definitely not recommend paying a premium for this hotel. These issues are ones I'd expect from one where you're paying a tenth of the price.
