We enjoyed our stay here, very nice and quite area, with many places in walking distance for food, nails and entertainment. The room was nice, it's only drawback for my husband was that it did not have a mini fridge or a microwave, thankfully we had our bag cooler and the hotel offers bagged ice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and each time I visited the onsite restaurant the staff there was amazing.

Beautiful hotel located very close to plenty of food options that you can walk to or drive . The entrance welcome area is a very beautiful.. The Staff is welcoming. Pool area is beautiful.Sitting area with a fire going outside. the hot tub pool was a little disappointmeit was hot, but only 2 of the Pressurized bubbles worked and it was confusing to timer to turn on due to the signage. * also no elevated place to set your blongings down to enter the hot tub pool area. Long intimidating hallway to room on 2nd floor, room looks nice inviting air condition doesn't really cool the room down, pillows are amazing, as for the bed it's ok, the bathroom is large in my room there was mold around the shower ( showers very adjustable for heights) really needs to have a seat in there. there were several broken items in the room. The TV remote and handles missing off of the cabinet. Other than it was a nice room other than the fact the air conditioning was not cooling up overnight. Downside to the room is there is no refrigerator. And the ice box in the hallway is a little concerning. They have bagged ice that gets ripped. Open to get ice to take to your room. Picture in disreview There is a bar bistro , it's overpriced , but it's pretty inside the hotel lobby. Would I spend this kind of money to stay here again? No. it is a nice hotel because of location. In the Morning, there's no one at the desk. You just drop off a keys so you can't purchase snacks or ask questions

Talk about putting lipstick on a pig. From the outside, this hotel looks beautiful — charming design, lovely pool, and a boutique-style appeal. But once we stepped into our room, the reality was shocking. The bathroom was filthy: brown slime on the floor, cracked shower tiles, visible mold, and sticky vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire room. There was even a wad of hair on one of the pillows. The dresser drawers didn’t open, and the overall condition of the room was simply unacceptable for a property under the Hotel Indigo name. The next morning, the shower head completely broke — no water at all. When we informed the front desk, the gentleman shrugged it off, saying that because we booked through a third party, there was “nothing he could do” other than send housekeeping the next day. Not only did that never happen, but for the entire five-night stay, housekeeping never once came to clean our room. We tried repeatedly to get some resolution, but the staff showed no accountability or effort to make things right. For a brand that markets itself as upscale and modern, this was hands-down the worst stay I’ve ever had at a Hotel Indigo — or any IHG property, for that matter. Absolutely unacceptable.
