Do not stay here. It is way overpriced for the experience! The hotel is currently being remodeled, but in the meantime it is very dated. Dirty elevator, ripped bar stools in the restaurant. Pool and hot tub were not open when we were there, even though it was 50 degrees. Pool is understandable, but it would have been nice to use the hot tub. Staff is not helpful. I was charged for 3 days of breakfast when I only needed 2. When I asked them to credit me, I was told they couldn’t do anything about it since breakfast was charged through a 3rd party. Ridiculous! No screens in the windows in the room, so they were inoperable, no airport shuttle service. Shuttle will only take you within 3 minutes of the hotel. We left our room all day and returned at 3 pm. Our room still wasn’t cleaned. Loud noise above our head at night, like someone was scrolling a cart on the floor above us. Horrible bathroom lighting and no bathroom fan, so the mirror steams up when you shower. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, with the exception of the man in the restaurant who served breakfast. This was a bad hotel experience, one of the worst I have had. No refrigerators in the room, which wasn’t great since I paid $300 a night. Also no room safe.

First time reviewing a hotel here. First room I went to had dead ants all in front of shower as well as a few crawling on walls in there as well as wall by door at entrance of room. Normally, I wouldn't think much of it but after waiting in line for 10 min to check in then having to wait again for new room with ZERO apology given from front desk it annoyed me bc I was super nice about it. She actually interrupted me as I was talking. I literally got one sentence out and it was much nicer than it should have been given how long I waited. New room was fine but having no fridge was annoying. Especially for the price, it should have a fridge. Anyways, the no apology or acknowledgement of it all is what set me off and got me to write this review. Won't be going back. oh and the" ice box" on each floor is literally just a square freezer all of which were empty, just empty bags of ice and one even had trash in it. gross!

Very disappointing experience. I clearly provided the correct dates when booking my reservation over the phone, but the reservation agent entered the wrong dates. Because of that employee error, I was incorrectly labeled a “no-show” and then denied the ability to cancel or resolve the issue. When I contacted the hotel and support line, I was transferred multiple times, given conflicting information, and ultimately treated rudely by front desk staff who refused to even review the reservation and disconnected the call. As a long-time Platinum Elite member, this level of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. Being penalized for an employee’s mistake and treated dismissively afterward has pushed me to move my loyalty to another hotel brand. I would strongly caution future guests.
