We got into the area at midnight from a twelve hour road trip. We checked into the hotel we had booked and it was the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. We stayed because we were exhausted but we fled early in the morning. We walked into this hotel with no reservation and haggard and upset and Tatiana at the front desk took such good care of us! She checked us in immediately. Let us have breakfast. And the place is just beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The room is stunning. SO clean. And it’s like an apartment. It had everything. The pool and work out room are awesome. But again Tatiana as the first face and first kind soul we came across was just great. From top to bottom we enjoyed our stay here. Thanks Tatiana!

I recently stayed at this location from October 24–25 for our women’s retreat. My room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The breakfast was excellent! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this location to family and friends. Thank you again Jasmine and staff for a wonderful stay.

Upon our arrival at 1:00 a.m. on Saturday, Reggie at the front desk informed us that a credit card was required for a $50.00 per day incidental hold, which would be released after checkout. We were assigned to room 222, a double studio with two double beds and a sofa sleeper in the same room as the double beds, instead of the double room suite indicated in our paperwork with sofa sleeper in separate room. When we raised this issue with Reggie, he stated that our reservation through Expedia was for a studio, and the manager confirmed this by phone. Although we had planned and paid for three guests, only two were able to stay due to the room arrangement. The next day, we called the front desk to report that the bedding was not clean and needed to be changed, but received no response. When I arrived to pick up my friends, they explained the situation. I had a card from the previous night with Jasmine Jones' contact information, the assistant general manager. We called her, and my friend's son explained that we were supposed to be in a suite but had been booked in a studio instead. He then passed the phone to me. I informed her that our paperwork indicated a double room suite, and that Reggie had called her, after which we were told we would need to pay an additional $400.00 upfront to be accommodated in a separate room. I also explained that she had not come to the lobby to review our paperwork and that we had called several times to report the unclean bedding. She responded that she had called the room all morning. I asked the group if anyone had received a call, and everyone confirmed that they had not. I relayed this to her, but she interrupted and insisted that I be quiet so she could speak. I stated that it was unprofessional to address a guest in that manner. She then said she could remove us from the hotel. I responded that a disagreement was not grounds for eviction. She repeated her claim and then ended the hung up on me instructing me to call back when I was ready to listen. While we were out, our room key was deactivated. Upon our return, my friend was informed by Jasmine Jones that I should contact her. We were issued a new key and told we could either remain in our current room or move to a suite for one night, with an additional charge for subsequent nights. Since only one night remained, we chose to stay in the original room. Housekeeping later provided a replacement pillowcase, but it also had red stains, as did the original. I have attached pictures of the pillowcase that was on the bed before(of which we are holding). The pillow case that housekeeping replaced is the pillow case that is on the bed (with red stains also) in the picture. I am also attaching a copy of my hotel bookings that were made for my stay at Homewood suites. This is very upsetting for my guest that came into town for the weekend for a birthday celebration and also upsetting to me since I paid for the accommodations at this hotel, never have I experience such rude behavior by the management team and her staff. The customer care person at the guest desk was very rude also and his name was Reggie. I advise Jasmine of this during my call and she seem to get very upset regarding my statement to her. I am asking that a Regional director contact me regarding this situation and not the General manager since he is too close to the situation. I would like to also know how they are going to move forward with handling the assistant general manager Jasmine Jones and this behavior.
