    Despite the faulty shower door, no room service (despite timely requests), empty shower gel upon arrival, and delayed front desk responses, the property itself is in a great location. We had a DND sign up earlier in the day but removed it before requesting housekeeping around noon; however, we were told service couldn’t be provided due to the sign, even though housekeeping was just a few doors down. The front desk said someone would come by to remove the trash and replace our towels, yet only the trash was taken. When retrieving our car after midnight, the valet attendant didn’t speak, and the vehicle reeked of marijuana. While valet ($50/night) was prompt, there was no warmth or hospitality from staff throughout our stay. To add to this, Destinie, the operations manager, reached out asking us to remove our review, yet there are multiple reviews noting the same issues. After checking out, we realized we’d left our keys in the room; Alphonso from maintenance kindly came to assist since the key system was down, and he was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the room and location were great, but the service and hospitality were disappointing.

    Stayed here for Shaky Knees. I experienced excellent staff and service. They let me check in a couple hours early. (I would have had no issue having to wait longer.) Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. When I return to Atlanta, I'd like to stay here.

    Can't wait to check out of the dump! Pros: great location Cons: *Poor maintenance- reported twice the a/c not working - still not repaired in my suite! And the front desks solution, move me to another room (WTH) fix the darn thing, NO, I don't want to move all my belongings to another room! I travel 100% of the time for my construction jobs, do you understand how much luggage I have?!?! *Soiled bedding- with blood on fitted sheet *Pool - dirty not able to use for three weeks *Maid - lack of service and then they leave a note with their cash app info in case we want to tip them *On a past stay (yes, I was booked here twice) I checked out and then was almost charged for another day *Rude staff at the front desk - always catching them during a conversation with another employee complaining about their pay. I have to interrupt the m only to be looked at with a death stare!! *One last thing - I'm a Diamond Elite Hilton member, could not imagine how they treat non-members **Traveler beware, save yourself time and aggravation, stay somewhere else.**
