  애틀랜타에 있는 딸아이를 만나러 간 여행. 너무 COZY하고 편안한 호텔. 1. 위치 : 미드타운 중심부, 마르타 미드타운에서 도보 3분거리, 조지아텍 근처라 부모가 학생들을 만나러 가기 좋음. 85번 고속도로 변이라 소음이 있지만 방음이 잘되어있다. 2. 형태 : 거실과 침실이 분리된 주니어 스위트 구조. 레지던스 형이라 주방이 있고 큰 냉장고, 인덕션, 토스터기, 식기등이 구비 되어 간단하게 식사하기도 좋다. 바로 인근에 퍼블릭마트가 있어서 필요한 식재료도 싸게 수급할 수 있다. 3. 시설 : 5층에 무료로 이용할 수 있는 아담한 크기의 짐과 야외 수영장이 있다. 바비큐 그릴도 있어서 겨울 이외에 시즌에 이용하면 좋을듯하다. 1층에 작은 규모의 편의점이 있어서 아주 간단한 물품을 구매할 수 있다. 4. 식사 : 로비바에서 24시간 무료로 커피를 마실 수 있다. 1층에 정수기가 있어서 편하다. 무료 조식도 아주 기본에 충실하게 구성되어있다. 6일간 묵으면서 하루도 빠지지 않고 맛있게 식사했다. 5. 전망 : 낮은 층수의 호텔이지만 85번 고솔도로와 조지아텍이 한눈에 내려다 보이는 뷰가 좋다. 코카콜라와 다운타운도 보인다. 조지아텍 방향의 저녁 노을이 아주 예쁘다. 6. 서비스 : 직원들은 전체적으로 밝고 친절하다. 다만 커뮤니케이션의 미스였는지 타월 교체 요청이 바로 이루어 지지 않아서 조금 아쉬웠다. 6. 총평 : 호젓하고 여유로운 여행을 원하신다면 적극 추천. 가성비도 좋다. 전반적으로 아주 만족스럽다.

  This is an excellent hotel. The whole place smells great, is very clean, and the staff are wonderful/accommodating/helpful/available. The rooms are well-furnished and equipped, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast offerings are high quality (and included with stay). Parking on-site is pricey, but to be expected given the ideal location: central to midtown, bordering Georgia Tech Campus, right off the highway exits for quick and easy access. My only complaint would be that I couldn't get the room dark enough at night; there was a lot of ambient light coming through the windows and doors, and a nightlight that couldn't be turned off. Aside from that, I didn't want to leave!

  If I could give negative stars I would. We are Hilton Diamond members and have been for over a decade. We were in Atlanta for a cheer competition and valeted our vehicle. Unfortunately, in the morning we realized that a very pertinent item was missing from our vehicle. We immediately spoke with the valet who attempted to reach the employees that were working the night before. As the day went on, we had to initiate communication regarding the situation and consistently as for updates. At the end of the day, my husband spoke with the valet manager (Courtney). When he explained the situation, she began to act exasperated and inconvenienced by saying, “Ugh! I was about to go home…” That was the first red flag. Then my husband went inside and spoke to a young lady at the front desk asking for the General manager. Normally, we would not, but in this particular situation, time is of the essence regarding this stolen item. My husband was told that the general manager does not work weekends and she did not have any contact information for him. She did say that there was an assistant manager on site and we could speak with them. He waited and an assistant manager ( Branden sp?) walked up, did not greet him at all and proceeded to only speak with the front desk associate. Still not addressing my husband, he walked around him and then, with the front desk between them, he proceeded to ask my husband, “So what’s your issue?” My husband proceeded to explain what occurred and explain the item that was taken from our vehicle, to which the manager rudely interrupted my husband and said , “ALLEGEDLY.” That immediately took my husband aback because the item was removed without our consent and knowledge. There is no “allegedly”, that’s what occurred. My husband immediately ended the conversation since management escalated the situation. We are in correspondence with Hilton corporate and the Atlanta Police since the management on property did not think it was a major issue. It is very discouraging when you are traveling with your family and you choose a property that you THINK is going to be safe and trustworthy. Unfortunately, they were not and we will NEVER stay at this property again.

  Excellent stay from start to finish. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a restful night. Breakfast had plenty of good options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Five stars for comfort, service, and overall quality.

  Staff is top tier, professional and accommodating, Houskeeping Manager Ms.S is running a tight ship, Beautiful lady with a beautiful smile and heart… beauty and brains — I shall return 🔜 ( the best Hilton property, thus far while I am in a long list of auto- immune conditions procedures, major : healing ❤️‍🩹 and Recovery…. This establishment is the G. O.A. T., thus far…. Consummate Professionals, Bravo! 🙌🏽
