I didn’t even take the shuttle because whoever answered the phone just was not specific about where to go, and I told them I was walking up to the shuttle pickup but was told to call when I was there cause they can’t wait but I was there….. so I just got a uber to the hotel had a couple issues that were somewhat resolved, my shower looked dirty and I asked for some type of cleaning supplies to clean it or have it cleaned but I was told I could not get any cleaning supplies and nobody could clean the shower until the next day, I showed a photo/video but they said the shower always looks like that but honestly you could not tell me that shower was cleaned and only stained I was literally looking at the dirt stains on the wall, safe in the room was locked upon check in and on my last night front desk called my room 2 times at 2:38am asking me was I running water and did I have a leak in my room, I work at a big Hilton hotel and we would never call a room that late. That was definitely not okay, I had to be up at 5am to catch my flight so that pissed me off a little bit, no consideration for guest at all. Mr.D was great and some front desk staff was great but others seemed like they had a attitude or something idk will I stay here again probably not. Besides that my room was fine and bed was comfortable. It also would have been nice to know at check in the amenities hotel had like breakfast and the time for that etc. nothing was explained at check in besides shuttle details by Mr.D

My room was incredibly clean and very well equipped. I was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised by how well the breakfast bar was maintained and by the selection of food. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Atlanta.

I had a booking from December 18th to the 22nd. The first night started off well—a young Black gentleman greeted me and was very helpful by providing my family with a pack-and-play. The other days were okay too, but on checkout day (the 22nd), I accidentally left a bag of clothes in the room. I had to drive to Augusta after checking out, and when I arrived, my wife pointed out that I had left my bag of dirty clothes in the hotel room, which was Room 104.
I called the hotel around 1 a.m. on the 23rd, and the front desk told me to call back at 8 a.m. for housekeeping. I called again around 10:30 a.m., asked to be transferred to housekeeping, and they told me to call back at 11:30 a.m., which I did. Housekeeping then immediately told me that they had only seen two boxes in the room. I was shocked and said, "What?!" There had been several bags of trash in the room, but no boxes.
As soon as I hung up, I immediately called the front desk again and asked if they could check on their end. They put me on hold for an hour 😳. I called back and explained that I'd been on hold for an hour—I just wanted to know if anyone had seen a large bag of clothes in Room 104. The front desk woman said she had spoken to housekeeping and they hadn't seen anything, which basically means they took my clothes. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED TRAVELERS 🙏🏾 THIS IS COMING FROM A LAID BACK GUY THAT DOESNT REQUIRE MUCH AND IM NOT THE TYPE OF INDIVIDUAL TO LEAVE REVIEWS LIKE THIS. I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT OF THE HOTEL REACHES OUT BECAUSE I HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE. I OR MY FAMILY WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE!

Had a great experiences while visiting. Staff was very professional ,courteous, friendly, and helpful. We really appreciated Ms Shanilla. She was very helpful in providing us information about a great food option for our family to enjoy.

Unfortunately, from a guest’s perspective, it appears that this hotel places greater emphasis on minimizing operational costs rather than enhancing the overall guest experience. Nevertheless, the room rates are not particularly reasonable given the level of service and comfort provided.
While I do not have any major complaints, if I were asked whether I would choose to stay here again, I would likely respond, “At this price, is it truly worth returning?”
I regret that I am unable to offer more positive feedback, but I hope my comments will be taken constructively for future improvement.
