    They stole my money. I booked a room online and it says NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED as always, but the front desk attendant told me it was mandatory for everyone even if they did have the family/friend or employee discount. When it flat out says NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED. Needless to say I never received that deposit on top of that they tried to charge my card TWICE for $2 each time AFTER I CHECKED OUT. This was the beginning of February and I STILL haven’t received my deposit that I shouldn’t have had to pay in the first place. Can’t just go around making your own rules against what the company literally states very clearly. Somebody need to do something about this

    I have stayed at other Home2 Suites and some have not impressed me as this one did. I could not find it thru the app and just so happened to see it thru Mapquest. Location was perfect for me and not far from where we needed to be the next morning. Nor was it far from Publix and other places to eat. The service was pleasant and Noah was very professional when we were checking in. The entrance smelled very nice. A tad strong for me as I have sinus issues, but was very nice. The room was very clean. No hair in bed or bathroom. Floor was clean and did not feel as if I needed to wear shoes(still did out of habit), but they were clean. No ants crawling around sink like seen in others. Everything worked. Shower head was even clean! Toliet worked and was quiet. No bugs seen at all. Even though it was close to a main road we never heard any traffic. We did have a problem getting heat to come on at first, since it was about 30 degrees outside, but could have been user error. Even as I checked out I was greeted kindly and with a fresh attentive attitude and not a bland and bothered one.

    This is a motel not Hilton brand. Not clean and the management does not care.

    I had such a wonderful experience at Home2 Suites by Hilton. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for traveling with my Pomeranians. The staff was friendly, but I especially want to highlight Noah at the front desk. He went above and beyond and was so sweet with my dogs—they absolutely loved him! It really made the stay feel personal and stress-free. Highly recommend for pet owners!
