    I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I truly could not leave without sharing how incredible the staff has been here. This hotel is the definition of Southern hospitality, and the people working here made our stay unforgettable. Mo and Trey helped me check in while my roommates hadn’t arrived yet and made sure the entire process was smooth and seamless when they got there later. It immediately set the tone for a great stay. Jordan went above and beyond when I wasn’t feeling well. I asked if they had a certain flavor of soup, and he went to the back to check for me and brought it out. That kind of care is hard to find in this world, and it meant more than he probably knows. Marcus came to the rescue when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room and handled everything quickly and kindly. Every evening, Kimberly, Amelia, and Jordan helped us activate our keys — and somehow they even learned my name just from our conversations. No badge, no reminders — just genuine care and attention. Their smiles made my day every single time we walked through the lobby. Honestly, their hospitality was even better than what I’ve experienced at Disney. That says a lot. If you ever need a place to stay in downtown Georgia, this might not be the fanciest hotel — but I can guarantee you will not find better Southern customer service anywhere. The team here is absolutely top-notch. Thank you Mo, Trey, Jordan, Marcus, Kimberly, and Amelia for making this stay so special. You truly made us feel at home.

    Had a Wonderful Stay at this Hotel. But Kudos go to the Guest Service Manager Jorden Andrew's 💯.His Hospitality was Magnificent, Always checking in and asking is everything Good he knows his job well and does is job well. Good Job Jorden Andrew's👍💯

    I stayed at the Home2 Suites 7-9 January 2026. This one many times. I enjoy this location, because the entire staff are very professional and accommodating. Also, during this stay, Kim and Tee were very kind and helpful when I needed assistance with anything. Thank you, Gerald

    Just returned from staying over the weekend, there is a strong urine smell when you come in from the front doors while your waiting for the elevator. The mattress was very uncomfortable, you could hear the springs when you moved around. We were here for a kids sporting event so we had long days. We never had housekeeping even though the sign on the bathroom mirrors says every other day, so we had over flowing trash, had to go downstairs and request additional bathroom supplies. The breakfast is very simple, bagels/toast, dry cereal and yogurts, flavored waffle mix, grits, very small selection of egg folds, with sausage. The fresh fruit was very bruised bananas and the apple was bad. For the over $300 a night we just had to spend was not worth it for this hotel.

    From the moment I arrived I felt very welcomed. Was on a work trip. Atlanta and Miami. This hotel seemed to embody the stereotype that Atlanta really has southern hospitality. When you’re traveling on your own little things like this, make a big impression. Everyone from the front desk to the valet was was awesome. The rooms were nice and big, which is good as I am a filmmaker and have a lot of stuff. Also it’s very affordable. I think the rooms could be a touch cleaner, there was a stain on the floor, but otherwise clean. Would def recommend this spot.
