    May I PLEASE HAVE YOUR ATTENTION when I tell you out of all my years of traveling,I've never encountered where. Entire staff was amazing!!! upon my arrival. I ran into I now know as miss V. She was simply AMAZING WELCOMED me with the warmest greeting extended her hand for a handshake.No ma'am you deserve a hug and smile very inviting very professional appearance. Professional clean, come to find out. She is the general manager. I can see why the staff is so AMAZING. If anyone had to teach a customer service class for managers, miss V will be the one on a scale from 1 to 10. She is a 20, let's talk about the rest of the staff I met deondra. She was at the front desk. Come to find out, she is the housekeeping supervisor I love the way teamwork is played here. There was nothing that I asked for that. I did not receive D'eondra personally brought it to me herself. Customer service skills are second to none on a scale from 1 to 10. I give her a 20. Let's talk about over and beyond Breanna checked me in professional very informative Very knowledgeable, very accommodating, super polite. You can tell when a person likes their job and they're good at it. And breonna is definitely one on a scale from 1 to 10I give her a 20 less talk about Ms. Dinah, I spoke with her before I came to the property. She went over and beyond to make sure that my reservation had reached the property. I called back. I had questions. I had a lot of questions and not one time, did she have a tone. I heard willingness to help, and when I finally came to the property, I got a chance to meet her very sweet, very professional. Willing to help Nothing is a bother I love it This location is recommended for anyone who comes to the Atlanta area, when I come, I will Never say any place. But here romes are spacious and clean I'm very comfortable. I don't want to leave, but I don't have to in a couple days.This locations, should be the face for the company. EVERYONE is simply amazing. This is one SATISFIED customer. OH myyyyy how can I forget about Ms. Dee Who kept me nice and full every morning? I appreciate the hospitality professionalism. She even taught me how to warm my cold, boiled eggs up. Miss deedee was willing to help and go get anything that I was lacking for my breakfast. She needs to be a manager. if she's not already one in the kitchen. Not sure, but she is amazing. My customer service experience was everything I could expect On a scale from 1 to 10I give her a 20

    I had a last minute trip to Atlanta, and my flight kept getting delayed. I didnt arrive until the next morning and was worried my reservation would be cancelled. They were prepared and very accommodating, the staff were very friendly, and all my meetings went very smoothly thanks to the hotel staff's wonderful service and attention. Definitely plan to make this my hotel of choice in Atlanta

    My experience here was awful. I come home after work to find dead cockroaches under my sink, only looking because I was suspicious of the cleanliness of the room. I took a video showing these cockroaches and showed it to the front desk. I was told there wasn't a cleaner that night and the hotel is fully booked so I cannot move rooms. Sure, they're dead and it is only one night anyway. I am told I will have a new room waiting for me when I get back from work the next day. I get back from work the next day and the front desk has no idea that a room has cockroaches. I obviously do not get a new room because they are sold out and my room was not even cleaned!! I ask them to at least clean it and that I will be checking out early. They send a cleaner up there who has no idea what is going on and just places a trash can under my sink??? Does not pick up any bugs but puts a trashcan in their area, no idea what the goal was. On checkout, I was told "I'm sorry we couldn't accommodate you". What a joke. Would attach a picture but all I have is a video.

    Went for 4 days Christmas 2025. Really close to a lot of places to eat. Our room for a family of 5 had plenty of room for all our luggage. We made good use of the kitchenette the entire stay. The breakfast area can get hectic and is a little cramped when busy. The second morning, they ran out of a lot of stuff. Only complaints were running out of stuff at breakfast and, when we checked in, the clerk was gone for about 30 minutes when I needed extra pillows and blankets. Other than that, solid place to stay.
