- JMJamil MooreJan 6, 20264.0Went for 4 days Christmas 2025. Really close to a lot of places to eat. Our room for a family of 5 had plenty of room for all our luggage. We made good use of the kitchenette the entire stay. The breakfast area can get hectic and is a little cramped when busy. The second morning, they ran out of a lot of stuff. Only complaints were running out of stuff at breakfast and, when we checked in, the clerk was gone for about 30 minutes when I needed extra pillows and blankets. Other than that, solid place to stay.

You may find other options in the Atlanta Airport West area with a higher score, but their reviews over the last year aren't so good. This property has been under new management for about a year and doing an excellent job of bringing it up to high standards. I can't compliment the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff enough! From the front desk folks, to the breakfast attendant, to housekeeping are were kind and professional. Our room was clean and stocked as it should have been. The property always felt safe and offers a very useful shuttle service for local attractions. We enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the many topping options for the waffles. If you have any doubts, give the local number a call and talk to them. I did, and felt much better keeping our reservation. We have decided this will be our go to place when we are staying in the Atlanta Airport area.

My only real complaint was that at 8pm on a Wednesday night someone decided to be blasting music for hours. Could literally feel the vibrations in the floor and had to be up 5am.
