    Nice hotel conveniently located near Hartsfield International airport. They have a great deal where you could stay for one night and get 8 days parking included from one low price. It's a great deal especially if you have an early morning flight. They have a shuttle that runs every 15 to 20 minutes and they dropped you off right in front of the terminal. Easy return also when you get back from your trip. Check in was easy and they have a restaurant right on premises that serve breakfast lunch and dinner although there is an extra cost. We enjoyed our one night stay and the hotel was very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable and more like a suite than a regular hotel room. Great place for sure

    I wish I could give a zero star! Rooms were ok, towels were not clean and they have some of the rudest people working there (Felicia). They do not take the safety of their guests into consideration since they encourage guests to park in the fire lanes in the parking area and then proceed to charge people for not being able to park properly.

    Extremely disappointed. As we entered the room our commode was filled to the rim with water and tissue. I called down to ask for a plunger (thinking they would send maintenance) and had to go to the front desk, get the plunger and plunge the toilet. Never have I ever had to do my own maintenance at a hotel. There were peanuts and French fries on the bedroom floor. Headboard was busted (noticed while taking pics of the food on the floor. No coffee cups in the room for coffee and the fridge had candy in it from the last guest, I asked the front desk attendant if the rooms are checked before assigning and was told "they should" and in regards to having to plunge a toilet before even using it inwas told..."sorry bout that" In addition parking is $20 a night. Didn't mind that but there was absolutely nowhere to park. 1st night all doors except the main entrance were locked and we had to walk from the back of the property all the way around the building. Ill never book at this location again.

    As other reviews have pointed out (I missed these when booking the room), the hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The carpet looks dirty, whether or not it has been recently cleaned. Everything looks old and worn. The shuttle driver was very friendly and the staff was efficient in getting me checked in. The room was below standards I would expect for the price. The toilet roll holder was barely hanging on, the shower took 5 minutes running (literally) before there was warm water, and the faucet stopper you have to lift to activate the shower only stopped up half way - so half the water was pouring out below and half from the shower head. The bed seemed clean and there wasn't anything in the room that was broken or ripped.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby had a great atmosphere, and I was able to work comfortably there. The main drawback of this hotel is that it's old which made it feel less clean. There was an odd smell, the room carpets looked shabby (in a way that made me not want to walk barefoot but that doesn't mean they weren't actually clean), and the elevators were slow and rickety. The bedsheets were nice and clean, though, and that's the most important part. The service was great, but the place just needs an update.
