    The hotel is well located and staff is kind but the rooms are not well clean and the bed have bed bugs. I only slept one night and I was all bit. Very Disgusting and uncomfortable. The hot water sometimes it works otherwise takes too long to heat up (I used the shower two times).

    Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience – Do Not Stay Here! I recently stayed at this hotel during a vacation, and it was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had — one I’ll never forget, for all the wrong reasons. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The elevators were heavily scented with the smell of weed, as if that was their version of an air freshener. It was overwhelming and completely unprofessional. We had to switch rooms three to four times during our stay. The first room they gave us was literally under construction. The second room had a broken air conditioner, which made it impossible to stay in. By the time we were assigned a third room, we were exhausted from hauling our luggage up and down those weed-smelling elevators. The carpet in this room was filthy — but we were too tired to keep switching. Unfortunately, that room turned out to be infested with bedbugs. We visibly saw bedbugs crawling on the bed. When I called the front desk, they initially told me I had to stay in the room and that they would send maintenance — as if maintenance could solve a bedbug infestation?! Only after going back and forth with them did they finally move us again. To make matters worse, they lied about filing a complaint with corporate. The manager ignored my calls and never responded to my emails. I had to contact the hotel chain’s headquarters directly, and only then did I learn that no complaint had ever been filed. Thankfully, corporate was able to help me get a refund. And one more warning: do not park your car in their parking lot unless you want it broken into. I personally saw several cars with broken windows during my stay. This hotel is a complete disaster — unprofessional, unsanitary, and unsafe. Avoid it at all costs.
