    The front desk employees on nights are liars and very unprofessional. They said they added my daughter as a guest on my reservation & upon her arrival they said my reservation was cancelled upon her arrival the next day. I literally spoke to someone named Makiyah the night before. She remembered the call but it’s a no call no show…I’m a former IHG Night Auditor & I’ve never seen such behavior. My daughter’s name was on there, because I called Friday the day of check in. They clearly couldn’t keep the lies straight but my daughter was refused a room I paid for weeks ago and I have yet to receive my refund. I feel scammed. Only in ATL

    I was there for 4 nights. The first 3 was good but in the 3 one the heat in the room stoped working, next day I went to the front desk and they sent someone to fix. The man said to me they will change my room because he can’t fixed. They sent me to a new room that the heat was working at all. Remember that I was there for the snow storm, very cold days.

    I’m A wheelchair user so I always need a handicap accessible room. The sour bench in the room wasn’t leveled. It was leaning downward, which made it somewhat difficult to be comfortable taking a shower. The screws were coming out of the wall from the bench, which was probably the issue. Also, there was a chip on the wall by the air-conditioning/heat system, as if it were molding or dry rotted. Location wise didn’t seem too safe, but luckily they have lift gates to get in and out of the hotel parking lot. $20 to park I think is a bit much. Rooms overpriced. $237 for one night on a Sunday is crazy.

    We stay was pleasant and comfortable. After we checked the head of housekeeping stop by and made sure we had everything we needed and the room met our expectations! That was awesome. The location is great as well. I had questions about the how the deposit and parking works and the manager Chris was patient and kind explaining it me. I really appreciate that level of care.

    Please be aware before booking with this hotel they use a third party reservation center it clearly states cancel at anytime. They needed card to hold reservation The card would not be charged I did advise them I would be giving a different card at check-in he said that was fine no charges would be filed On the card.They do not uphold to policy. I'll call back the next day due to my itinerary changed on trip immediately advise them needed to cancel reservation representatives advise me I could not cancel and my card would be charged anyway told them My card better not be charged will not be coming to the hotel due to itinerary change representative hung up on me.next day saw my card had been charged. I immediately called my card company advise them unauthorized charges they said they would log it as fraudulent charge and launch an investigation against Holiday Inn Atlanta Airport do not book There is no direct number to speak with the management at the front desk they will immediately transfer you to the reservation center which is a joke With this company they lie look at the reviews of the hotel
