Easy check in and check out. Hotel was clean. Great location, only 10 minute walk from the Georgia Aquarium. Rooms were also clean, bathroom felt a bit small.

HORRIBLE!! I have never stayed with a hotel so deceptive. The rooms were nothing like the photos online. My family of 5 stayed here for a trip to Atlanta to enjoy the nearby attractions, but it was cut short. Do not be fooled by the location and convenience, the rooms are extremely small and had prison style windows. The elevators were too small to fit luggage carrier with us. We also heard loud interruptions from neighboring room. Pay the extra $30 a night and stay somewhere else.

Travel to Atlanta for a cheerleading competition. ALL Front Desk associates were so great! Specifically Kamar- he made sure to check in with us when we were going in and out wishing our girls good luck etc.
The room we had was small but they don’t advertise to be spacious, The rooms were clean and we had a great weekend!

I am writing to formally report an incident involving one of your employees, identified to me as “Kamar” (or similar spelling), during my recent arrival at your property.
The interaction was deeply unprofessional and unacceptable for a guest-facing hospitality role. The employee was rude, dismissive, and immature in his behavior. There was no greeting, no courtesy, and no effort to provide even basic hospitality or professionalism. His demeanor made it clear that he did not care about his role, his responsibilities, or the guest experience.
In addition to this, the employee smelled strongly of marijuana while on duty. This is completely inappropriate in a professional workplace, particularly in a customer-facing environment, and raises serious concerns about workplace conduct and standards. I have a family and young kids that I don’t want to be exposed too drugs.
More concerning, I was informed that this same employee has been performing valet duties despite not having a valid driver’s license. Allowing an unlicensed individual to operate guest vehicles is an extreme safety risk, a liability issue, and a serious violation of basic operational standards. This places guests, their property, and your business at risk.
This situation goes far beyond poor customer service. It reflects serious failures in staff oversight, safety protocols, and management accountability.
I am requesting that this matter be formally investigated and handled appropriately. Employees who demonstrate this level of unprofessionalism and who violate basic safety and operational standards should not be placed in guest-facing or vehicle-handling roles.
I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

5-star review turned into a 1-star at check-out!
I went to check out at 7pm the night before my checkout day and I was told I’d be charged a $75 early check out fee in addition to full booking cost. I wasn’t given any policy reference as to what is the earliest I could check out to avoid this fee. I would still be charged for the entire last day plus the fee. I wasn’t asking to be charged any less because we had stay past the previous days checkout so expected to pay the full price. The website does not provide an exact time or additional language to clarify if this applies before a certain time or to a booking type. Is it 12am the day of, 2am, 6am? It just says check-out until 11am. Front desk mentioned it’s because they can’t re-sale the room. But I am paying for the room until 11am the next day, I just won’t be here. I’d accept it if it wasn’t so vague or if it resulted in extra work, but to charge it and have me still pay for the room is crazy.
I’ll be fair and say the staff was incredibly nice at all other times of the stay at every interaction. Definitely a great value. Beds were really comfortable and it’s a great location.
