Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Downtown, just 3 blocks from the MARTA Peachtree Center Station.
Our historic hotel was originally built in 1890. Some of the original architecture remains, including the exterior and layouts of some of our smaller room types.
Our accommodations also offer free Wi-Fi and free hot breakfast buffet daily. Maintain your workout routine at our expanded 24-hour Fitness Center. Each room is equipped with a microwave, mini-refrigerator, Keurig, and flat screen TV. Note that valet parking (NOT accepting Trucks) is $40/day and there is no self parking available.
Given our downtown location, we are easily accessible to all the favorites like the Georgia Aquarium, Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, and the Tabernacle. Business travelers lodging in our downtown Atlanta accommodations will not be disappointed as we are near Coca-Cola, Georgia Pacific, and Sun Trust Bank. Our Savannah Ballroom is perfect for events of up to 200 people, located on the top floor showcasing impressive views of the Skyview Atlanta Ferris Wheel and downtown Atlanta. The Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) is a short drive away.

Fantastic customer service from everyone….. front desk, valet attendant, breakfast staff and housekeeping. Hotel was very clean, rooms were comfortable and breakfast was great. Valet parking was a must! Thank you and we will definitely be staying here again.

Not the ordinary breakfast from hotels . Eggs, sausage patties ,sausage links pancakes . Will reserve again when I come back. Walking distance to great restaurants and events.

I did let the desk know that the a/c was very loud all night and the wallpaper was peeling. I would definitely stay here again.
- AAArthur AlaNov 14, 20254.0I had a meeting downtown and didn't want to deal with morning ATL traffic. This hotel was close to the meeting. I called ahead and the staff was very informative. The evening and morning staff very courteous. The room was clean as was the breakfast area. My only 2 complaints are the shower head had no pressure. And the windows are not sound dampening. Was awaken at 130am by street racers. Other than that, if you're looking for a clean hotel with breakfast included, this is a good choice. Parking is not free but their time for exit is 2pm instead of 6am like other lots.

I called and they said to send a prepaid shipping label and they can drop it in the mail. I sent the labels and had to call multiple times and finally a package shipped only when I received it, it wasn't my keys. It was someones eye glasses. I've called multiple times a week to follow up. First they say they'll get it reshipped by end of day and then when I call back, they say they can't send them until they receive the eye glasses back but I can't get them to send me a shipping label to return the glasses. It's been 4 weeks and still can't get my keys shipped back to me or the label to send someone's glasses back.
