Hotel is somewhat outdated but still nice enough to make the guest feel comfortable. Breakfast was good and plenty, rooms ok, walk in shower nice. We were 4 adults, bed small and very uncomfortable. Back ache in the morning.

This hotel and location will always be my go to spot whenever I want to get away. My home away from home. I love the amenities in the room, the complimentary washer/dryer, the business area, the complimentary breakfast but most of all I LOVE the staff. Everyone is so friendly and sweet. Special shout out to Ms.Tee at the front desk. She went over and wayyy beyond to assist me with my stay and I truly appreciated her. If I could give her the galaxy I would. Highly highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Review – Holiday Inn Atlanta – Buckhead I must give Holiday Inn Atlanta – Buckhead a five-star review for their kindness, understanding, and genuine hospitality. We had just taken an overnight flight from Los Angeles to Atlanta, landing around 6:00 a.m. Exhausted, we came to the front desk with little expectation, simply hoping to ask whether early check-in might be possible. Although we arrived far earlier than the standard check-in time, the Operations Manager, Ms. Tee Carter, welcomed us warmly. She kindly explained that it was still too early, but invited us to enjoy breakfast while waiting, and assured us that she would arrange check-in as soon as a room became available after another guest checked out. Outside, the cold wind was blowing and fallen leaves covered the ground, making the morning feel especially bleak. Inside, however, Ms. Tee’s warmth and the hotel’s hot breakfast made us feel genuinely comforted and cared for. Her thoughtfulness turned an exhausting morning into a truly memorable and heartwarming experience. I sincerely hope anyone reading this review will choose to stay here, experience the kindness shared by the staff, and help pass that goodwill along.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I am in Atlanta weekly for work and stay at various hotels in the metro area. There are some front desk attendees at this hotel that do not have a hospitable attitude but rather act is if you are doing them a favor by being there. I have shrugged it off in the past but this needs improvement. I won't share names at this point but 1 in particular is not a nice person. Also, the card access and exit sensors are ridiculous. Everyone needs help from the desk attendant to get out because it doesn't open. And sometimes it's standing there waiting for several attempts by the attendant before it works. You are suppose to know that your room key access to the fitness center needs to be done a specific way to get in there. I use the exercise bike wherever I stay. This one was good but now clunks and feels like it's on its last leg. Might sound trivial to guests that don't use the fitness facilities but when you exercise every day, these things are important. This past stay, the the taste of the water was absolutely awful. One plus, the rooms are not bad in comparisson to other hotels I've stayed at. Anyway, I rarely share reviews unless I feel like it's necessary. If these things can get addressed, I would consider staying there again.
