When we arrived, Sherly went above and beyond to ensure we were checked in quickly and smoothly. Her professionalism and dedication to providing excellent customer service made a stressful situation so much easier. She even arranged for an early check-in, going out of her way to accommodate us. We are so grateful for her help—five stars for Sherly!
- CSClay SJan 6, 20265.0Sheryl is awesome! I left my Apple Airpods in the room. She called me before I even realized I'd left them. She then shipped them to me in Texas for no extra charge! Also, when I arrived at the Atlanta airport before my stay, the hotel sent a courtesy shuttle to pick me up and the next day shuttled me back to the airport. My room was clean as was the entire hotel, and the staff was courteous. Great hotel!
- MMMauriceJan 4, 20263.0The staff were super friendly. The room was average. However the bathroom door didn’t close. It was hair in the tub and on the sink. It stated an ice machine on the 2nd floor but it was not. It was ice cream bars in the freezer portion of the refrigerator, which shows no one wiped out or checked prior to our arrival. The breakfast area was nicely set up however it would have been nice to have maybe a sanitizer pump etc nearby. Will I stay again probably not unless it’s a last resort.

Absolutely ridiculous that they advertise as airport hotel and yet they run only one shuttle that makes people wait exorbitant amount of time
