  The best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. A great welcome from Warren. A great shuttle service to and from a restaurant (thanks Smiley!). Beautiful room, immaculately clean, very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast buffet.

  I planned on booking a room here and was sitting in my car for a few minutes before going inside. Within less than 5 minutes, a brown skinned woman with locs aggressively pulled up beside my car and stared at me with clear hostility. After she sat there for about a minute, she rolls her window down and says "I'm not going anywhere." She then blocks my car into the parking space and threatens to call the police on me for simply sitting in my own car, claiming there had been break-ins in the past. The interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially toward someone who had not even entered the building yet. This experience made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and I chose not to stay. Whoever she was, she needs to be dealt with accordingly. She's TERRIBLE for business. I would rate this place zero stars if I could.

  Was deeply disappointed in the service from this establishment. Was looking for a room late at night but was treated with unprofessional disrespect and hostility by a lady with locs. She came up to my vehicle with no identification or anything showing that she worked for the hotel. She blocked the front of my vehicle and rudely threatened to call the police on me simply for waiting in the parking lot. When I tried to explain myself, she drove off while I was speaking. Should I need somewhere to sleep in the future, I will definitely not be choosing or recommending this hotel. Very rude and unprofessional.

  -It’s located in a very convenient spot -All of the staff members are incredibly friendly -Breakfast is always delicious and normally out early so us construction workers and other early risers -The rooms are nice and clean

  Stayed here on vacation. Everything was good except the security alarm in the pool area (the pool could have been warmer for sure) and then the security alarm outside that went off every time you came or went. The alarm in the pool that went off every min while in there was just mildly annoying. When we spoke with the staff they didn't know it was happening and came and looked at it and said management would have to come reset it. But the beds were comfy and the rooms were nice.
