Great stay. Great service, especially from our server Daisy Escobedo, who went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcomed after a rough trip here where the airline lost our luggage and things were just NOT going well. I just felt the need to mention her by name because she really went that extra yard to cheer us up after we shared our harrowing experience.

Everything was amazing! Checking in with Caleb was seamless. Then when I got to my room everything was exactly the way that I have come to expect with any ihg location, clean and comfortable. After I dropped my bags in the room I decided to go down to the bar and have dinner and Daisy absolutely killed it as my server/ bartender full of energy and eager to take care of me. I ordered the buffalo chicken flatbread and let me tell you it didn't disappoint! Chef Larry did his thing in the kitchen and threw together one of the best flatbreads I have ever had!

Stay was fair. Breakfast was awesome because my wife is very hard to please when it comes down to food. The breakfast wraps was delicious to her and Daisy was a super nice and courteous waitress always smiling and trying her best to please the customers.

Recently stayed here for 2 days. The most uncomfortable 2 days ever. The front desk associate was nice, the food great and the server very friendly. However the room OMG. The lady bugs infestation was unreal. I have never killed so in my life. I’m terrified of anything that flies. They were everywhere I looked except the bathroom. I was offered a different room but was told it’s mating season and the only way to control them wa to not turn the heat on, as they are looking for a place to stay warm. So what’s the point. I could’ve easily checked out but mind you they don’t give refunds. I kept the ac on a comfortable temperature but the stress and misery had my nerves shook. pictures coming next
