After being rebooked from the 1st bad Hilton in Atlanta to this one (the 1st one was Hilton Atlanta northeast) I was expecting this 2nd one to be good at least. Boy was I surprised. I came home after 12 hour shift and maids didn’t clean my room or take out the trash that was food and would spoil so I called it in front desk and they said you have to request it a day before since it’s every other day. I said OK can you at least do it for tomorrow then? She said yes they will come tomorrow. Come back the next day. I had a gut feeling my room was still not gonna be clean again even though I requested it and I was right. So I called in the front desk, this time a man picked up and I told him what happened. He’s like no you have to request it the day of, which honestly it makes no sense because I gave you a whole day in advance so with that logic that makes no sense. Then he was very rude when I asked him how are you gonna compensate me for this. He said he can bring me 3 towels… he offered me the service I was already supposed to have minus the cleaning. How about you take out the trash that’s gonna spoil and cause flies? So then he was being aggressive so I had to call in corporate to file a second case on this Hilton this time. Hilton corporate offered me free points and said they’ll move me to a new room so I took both offers and at this point I’m guessing every Hilton in Atlanta sucks. Next time I’m in Atlanta (which will never happen again because of this) I will not stay at Hilton.

My stay here with my sister was relaxing and pleasant. The location is convenient since it’s near her office, so it’s easy to walk whenever we need to meet. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with consistent housekeeping. I also appreciated the little touches, like the fresh cookies occasionally offered at the restaurant. The only downside is that it’s quite far from other areas such as malls or stores, so we had to take an Uber every time. We were also charged an extra fee for an extension even though we all checked out on time. Unfortunately, the refund process was not completed, and their online customer service was quite poor.

S/O to Nemesis A. at the front desk for her amazing service. She definitely made sure a Hilton Honors member like me was well taking care of. She explained all the services offered, where I could go for fun, and places for a bite to eat. Thank you so much for making my stay even more comfortable

I enjoyed my two-night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Perimeter. My only complaints are that the hill to the parking lot is steep and quite inaccessible. This made it hard to move baggage back and forth. Also, the rooms are cozy but outdated and need renovation. The availability of hot water from the bathtub was limited. Breakfast also costs $16 per day and self-parking on-site is $5 a day. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel itself is cozy, quiet, and in a great area. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in a welcoming and homey place!

I can't recommend this place. If the one and only thing you need is a place to sleep for the night then it's fine. The bed was fine. The room was fine. Just don't order any food or go to the bar and you'll probably have a good stay. Nemesis, the front desk woman, was absolutely lovely. Friendly, charming, welcoming. Other than that everything was pretty terrible. The women's restroom in the lobby was in really bad shape when I arrived in the afternoon and then I used it one last time before leaving in the morning and it looked like someone had vomitted into the trash can last night and instead of being cleaned it just dried up and crusted there. I took a picture for my review but as I'm typing this I've decided to spare you the visual. Then there's the bar. Justin, the bartender was lovely at first, when there were only a few of us there, but as it got busier he became snippy, rude, and very, very slow. It took an hour and twenty minutes for the woman next to me to get the cheese plate she ordered. She had every right to be upset. She was not rude to him, she simply said "this is going to be comped right?" And he gave a rude response and said he'd have to ask his manager and deflected blame to thé kitchen. She did end up getting it comped. When she left Justin spoke ill of her to other guests. That's really , really rude. The people at the table behind me were loudly complaining that they had asked for the check 20 minutes ago. Once again, at first, when there were only 4 of us in total there, he was lovely. But he changed into a different bartender when it got just a little busy. I don't live in the US and love a good burger when I visit. Don't make the same mistake as I did. It's just a cheap school lunch burger. When I had gone to bed for the night the fire alarm went off!!! People from my floor all took it seriously and we rushed down the stairs and out of the building. Several of us were barefooted. But when we got outside we could see the people in the bar and the lobby just hanging out as if the alarm were not sounding. Someone, I think a guest, came out to tell us it was a false alarm and we could go back inside. Breakfast: the grits weren't cooked properly. They were dry and crunchy. The Internet says I can get a cooked to order meal but there was no one there to do that for me so I did the buffet. It was mediocre, as expected. I should have gone to Waffle House for something equally as mediocre but for less money. Finally, I was in a rush when I left and when I got to my car I couldn't get out because you need the key to leave. I had to walk back inside to ask for a key so I could get out. Overall, the one redeeming quality was the nice young woman who checked me in, everything else was awful.
