Upon arriving, I was greeted by a smiling face and a pleasant at "Welcome, how was your day?" with an easy and quick check-in. Staff were helpful and courteous throughout my visit and my room was clean and comfortable. Upon departure I was checked out efficiently and was greeted by another smiling face. April made me feel right at home as if we'd know. Each other for years. Sent me off with a smile and a great start to my day. A wonderful property. I'll be back.

The furniture in the lobby also needs replacing. Some pieces you sank in others were hard. They do have bar and small indoor pool. We didn't pay for or eat the breakfast. Parking is up a hill next to the hotel (not convenient). Depending on your needs in ATL this location has a lot of food & shopping options near by.

She told me she was busy and would bring them up, but after waiting, nothing came. I called again once I was in my room and was told they would be sent up — they never were. When I called back, she then told me I had to come get them myself. I also asked for small towels and was told I would have to wait until morning. This level of service was unprofessional and disappointing. Parking is a hot mess I will not book here again

The parking situation was especially frustrating—you have to park uphill and then struggle to bring luggage down a flight of stairs, which is extremely inconvenient. Unfortunately, this was my first and last stay at this location.

Mini fridge do not work microwave is outdated old and dirty old fashion rooms I’m surprised the Hilton suppose to do better thank this !!!Do better with appearance !!one thing I can say good is front desk Staff is very friendly and professional!!
