The refrigerator in the room did not work. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. The air conditioner rattled like an old diesel logging truck. And mnagement, please take care of your hard-working bartenders who do the jobs of 4 people! Great job, Oz!

Great location, nice clean hotel, friendly staff. I forgot my Gucci purse it had cash, my license, debit card amongst other items and housekeeping turned it in with all contents and they locked it up verified my identity before releasing it to me so they are very trustworthy I will absolutely always stay and recommend this hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel following an unexpectedly difficult day in which several of my credit cards were frozen due to fraudulent activity. Despite the stress of those circumstances, the staff here made my stay exceptionally positive.
The following morning, I arranged to do laundry and encountered an issue with the washer. The gentleman which I believe is the general manager, personally stepped in to assist—something he certainly didn’t have to do. His professionalism and willingness to help reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
I have stayed at this property multiple times in the past and have always found the experience pleasant and consistent. However, this visit reaffirmed why I who is ugly seem to return to this particular location The team consistently demonstrates excellent service standards and a sincere desire to support guests whenever possible.
I also want to acknowledge the respect shown by the staff during a particularly stressful time. After such a trying day, I likely didn’t appear thr most professional or upbeat, yet the team treated me with complete courtesy whenever I ran into someone the previous night. They never made assumptions or crossed boundaries, which speaks volumes about their integrity and genuine hospitality.

The hotel is just ok. If you have any mobility issues, be aware that parking is going to require either a stairway of about 30 steps or a VERY steep ramp. There’s several handicap spaces, but only 3 Diamond spaces and the same 3 trucks literally did not leave the Diamond spaces all week.
The chain on the blackout shade was stuck so I couldn’t close it even a little bit. Luckily i travel with a good sleep mask.
The hotel does not have adequate hot water. I didn’t get a hot morning shower all week.
The pool is small but it was adequate for my water workouts.
There’s a little cafeteria window that’s supposed to be a “restaurant” but I never did find a menu or figure out how you’re supposed to eat there.
The staff was all very friendly and welcoming.
Do NOT book at the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Perimeter Center (1501 Lake Hearn Dr NE, Atlanta, GA).
My family and I checked in on Friday, 1/16/26, booking two rooms, and from the very beginning the experience was unacceptable.
Upon arrival, my grandmother realized she had accidentally left her handicap placard at home in New York. Both of my grandparents use canes and required wheelchair assistance at the airport, so accessibility was critical. She asked the front desk attendant (who we later learned was the manager) if there was any temporary accommodation so she could park closer. The parking situation was extremely inconvenient, requiring guests to walk up steep hills, which was completely unrealistic for them. No assistance or alternative was offered.
Later that evening, after leaving briefly to get food, we returned late to find that neither room had washcloths—only towels and hand towels. No one had checked the rooms prior to our arrival.
On Saturday morning (1/17/26), my grandmother attempted to call the front desk to request washcloths, only to discover the phone in the room didn’t work. She called me, and I contacted the front desk myself. Maintenance eventually came, but multiple issues were reported and nothing was resolved:
* No hot water
* Broken phone
* Ladybugs gathered inside the window
Even with housekeeping present in the hallway, we were told we still had to “contact downstairs,” which we had already done with no results.
We checked out very early on Sunday (1/18/26) at 4:00 AM. Later that afternoon, after arriving home, we noticed that the children had bug bites, which was extremely concerning.
At 3:28 PM that same day, I called the hotel and asked to speak with a manager. The person who answered claimed to be the manager and sounded like the same individual from the front desk. He said he would “speak to his staff” and call me back—but never did. During the call, he was nonchalant, defensive, and dismissive of my concerns.
On Monday (1/19/26) at 8:20 AM, I called again and spoke with a woman who placed me on hold for 10 minutes when I requested corporate contact information—only for the call to be disconnected. Subsequent calls went unanswered. No one would provide names, making it difficult to hold anyone accountable.
This stay was frustrating, uncomfortable, and honestly unacceptable—especially given the needs of elderly and disabled guests.
Save yourself the stress and do NOT book here.
