    After seeing a mix of good and bad reviews before staying at this Hilton, I was a little nervous. I was not disappointed at all. We checked in around 7:30 pm and it was pouring rain. Check in was a breeze. The restaurant was open until 9 so we didn't need to go out again. It has a limited menu but the burgers we great. Room was clean and quiet. It looked like minor remodeling was going on in the lobby but it wasn't bad. All-in-all, it was a pleasant stay and would come here again.

    Walked into the supposed smoke free room and was gaged by the smell of pot! Walked into the bathroom and the toilet was running. I jingle the hand it stopped. The bed was good, but the fee Internet could allow connection to my office VPN.

    Zero stars if that was an option. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.Had booked two rooms. Immediately after check-in, one room smelled bad and the air conditioning in both rooms did not work. Both rooms were unbearably hot despite running the AC for hours. The thermostat did not budge. We notified staff multiple times and even requested fans as a temporary solution. We were told they would check and get back to us—no one ever did. After waiting longer due to exhaustion, the situation did not improve. Near midnight, replacement rooms were offered, but we were told they would “not cool below 74°F”, which was unacceptable given that one of the rooms was already at “68°F” but felt unbearable. Having paid premium rates for double junior suites and traveling with family and young children, we were forced to leave the hotel in the middle of the night just to get sleep and basic comfort. Rooms were clearly not prepared or inspected, and the lack of follow-up and accountability was shocking. No hotel should ever put guests—especially families—in a position where they have to flee in the middle of the night. Completely unacceptable and not recommended.

    First, my reservation was changed from 3 person become 2 person at the last minute. Luckily, I still keep the original confirmation. Second, the room was never serviced during the entire 4 night stays even though I have requested it for several times. The room is clean, but old and dusty. Lastly, there were credit card charges made which is not aligned with the bills. No one can explain what those charges are. Over all very disappointing. The worst Hilton I ever stay.

    Stayed here for a few nights for work. Overall, it was a good experience. Room was very nice and clean, and all of the staff I interacted with were very nice. Only issue I had was occasionally I could hear the outside traffic/sirens due to the busy area, but hvac helped drown this out.
