    I enjoyed my stay here the location is very convenient so much to do in the area I just really want to brag on the lady who worked overnight she was amazing and accommodating I think her name is Jay because of her I will be returning. I came down looking for coffee, she told me give her 6 minutes she can brew me some fresh at 2 in the morning I think I fell in love at that moment she also was popping popcorn which smelt so good I couldn’t help but to get some it was so delicious the perfect snack every time I came down stairs she was up smiling and so welcoming she always asked me if I was okay and if I needed anything don’t hesitate to ask I called down and told her I was cold I didn’t think the heat in my room was working she offered me a small space heater and two blankets before I checked out she was still at the front desk I returned the space heater and told her thank you because she made my stay experience the best I’ve ever had never got that from any hotels I mean people are nice but not nice like Jay I will be returning in February for a convention

    My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was pretty good overall. The front desk was fine, nothing crazy, but I did have an issue with my AC. One of the engineers came by to take a look, but it didn’t fully fix the problem. Later on, the chief engineer came up— I think his name was Marvin— and he fixed it right away. What I liked was that he didn’t just fix it and leave, he also showed the other engineer how to do it the right way. That stood out to me. The bar was cool, just a little on the pricey side. Overall, a solid stay.

    Overall, the hotel is not bad. I liked the room, the pool area, the breakfast options and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The negative review is for the customer service. The front desk staff was highly unprofessional and failed to accommodate us for a late check-in due to a delayed flight. We had to call the Hilton customer service to get this rectified. After checking out, I found out that I was over charged so I tried to call the hotel 7x over a span of 4 days and each time I called, I was put on hold - exceeding 15-20 min wait time. This time again, Hilton customer service came to the rescue as the hotel staff was not accommodating. Not sure what their deal is, but please get it together guys.

    Chenel and the young man on duty : @ Valet ; Nhome( sp. ck) were amazing and accommodating to all guest. The consummate professionals. Bravo. Thank you, a time to unwind and plans to upgrade small business went along swimmingly. Tranquility…. I’ll return. David @ front desk: friendly and professional- they all deserve a raise— David - you’re amazing , as well.
