  When me and my spouse arrived at the hotel, A guest was already complaining in another room all to get checked into our room and our bathroom smell like urine really bad. It was pee all over the toilet and I had to get the maids to come clean the room although I really wish I would’ve switched rooms because the pee smell never left, we was on a short stay and didn’t have time to switch rooms. it ruined my husband experience for his birthday. I was in the middle of decorating for him, but we couldn’t sleep due to the unpleasant smell on top of the maid coming into our room at 10:30 in the morning when checkout wasn’t until 12 PM ,She knocked one time and then she just bombarded it in the room and didn’t give us a second to say anything. The experience was very unpleasant. For booking to have this rating as an eight point star is highly upsetting and unsatisfying. I will never suggest this hotel for anyone. The reviews are not truthful. Maybe someone else had a good experience, but we had a really bad one never believe booking would have this rating as a eight point star is highly upsetting and unsatisfying.   Room was ok, door stick I had to shoulder-check it to get in. The AC barely worked. Our company rented a number of rooms and a conference room. 4 trucks were broken into in broad daylight and the manager didn't care. 3 of our team members got trapped in the elevator on the 4th floor and had to get themselves out since the lady at the front desk couldn't be bothered to care. Only 1 elevator worked the entire time we were there and multiple other people were trapped in the elevators while we were there.

  Not what we expected with a Hilton property. The indoor and outdoor pools were both cold and the indoor pool area had peeling paint and mold on walls and ceilings. They also only had hand towels available in the pool area. What are you supposed to do with hand towels?? The front desk staff weren't mean but they certainly were not very friendly. Despite having on-site security another guests car was broken into in the hotel parking lot the night of our stay as well and no manager was available or even answering the phone for the staff or guest. The bathroom in our room had poop in the toilet when we arrived and the shower had dirt and hair all over it. The carpet had clearly not been vaccumed either, and we couldn't even get the shower to turn on bc it leaked and they had the handle so tight it wouldnt turn. Not a great experience at all.

  First time at this place, check in was a total disaster, it took,5 different attempts to get the right room key, attitude of check in person not what I was expecting, took over an hour to get checked in, my room was prepaid, yet there was no record of it. Oh first it said not paid than it said paid and again not paid, eventually I said go charge me and I'll figure it out later. Needles to say I won't stay at this hotel again. Facilities looked good, coffee was excellent, shuttle driver very friendly and polite and helpful.

  My daughter was very pleased with the hotel having her own queen size bed and loved there was a pool for her in the morning. She says 5 stars. There was a very loud scent in our room which wasn’t too bad but also probably shouldn’t be there. $20 for breakfast in the morning which was convenient but didn’t expect the extra charge when most hotels I’ve been to include that for free. Definitely not the nicest Hilton I’ve stayed at but was much better than hanging out at the airport all night so I’m grateful!
