    I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. While the staff were polite and friendly, the hotel itself did not meet expectations—especially considering it’s advertised as newly renovated. The hallways and rooms had a very strong, unpleasant odor that smelled like mildew or mold. The carpet throughout the hotel seemed damp and contributed to a musty smell. The entire property felt extremely humid, and the room never reached a comfortable temperature despite adjusting the thermostat. Housekeeping is not done daily unless specifically requested, which I wasn’t aware of beforehand. I had to call and go down to the front desk twice just to receive extra towels, which was frustrating. If I hadn’t checked in so late at night and only planned to stay for one night, I would have cancelled my reservation. Unfortunately, this was the worst Hilton experience I’ve had, and I would not return to this location.

    Horrible hotel, I wouldn’t even call it hotel …maybe an hostel! As soon as the sliding door opens, you start to feel that you are in the wrong place… Breakfast…no. Comment , not even orange juice and when I asked to the waiter the answer was: we are waiting the truck… The trash bin just beside the food… The floor dirty… The room, the sink was not draining… and the shower with no soap… the shampoo bottle was empy! Not a GOOD experience at all, to AVOID!

    Rooms are ok. But if your room neighbor is noisy, you can hear everything. Breakfast is not really good and expensive for what it is. Other options are close by , cheaper and better. Shuttle service to the airport is every 30’.

    We had our Grand Annual Session from Oct 31st until Nov 2. It was a pleasure to get the hospitality that was shown to us. We would like to give special shout outs to Terrance who nothing short of service of all 3 days. On our banquet he was on point from setting up the room. The service given by Micah on setting up the food along with assistance from Terrance and Sherri was service at its best. The overall service shown to us for the weekend was exceptional.

    I emailed the hotel with my issues and they never even took the time to respond. This shows recently renovated, but knobs were falling off locks were loose. The hotel smelled of sewage. They had no coffee pods for the rooms and to top it all off continental breakfast was $21. I stayed here many many times and did not have it these issues. I will not be back again.
