  Shuttle from airport does not run every 15 minutes as the front desk indicated. Finally got to the hotel at 10:30pm and was told there was a 15 minute wait for a room, regardless of the fact we already had a reservation. Got to the room and was startled to find the tv on, looked in a bit further to find no sheets on the bed and a massive reddish stain on the side of the bed. Second room reeked of bleach, even by the next morning. Someone pounded on the door at 1am we could not see through the peephole to understand who it was. Walls throughout the hallway of the 4th floor are oddly discolored, like someone spray painted something on it and they had to scrub it off or something. For a quick overnight stay, you’d be better off laying across several seats or on the floor at the airport.

  The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed getting to know them while staying with them. And also if you get hungry they offer dinner and I had an amazing burger. Breakfast was also amazing!

  I'm practically a permanent resident at this Hilton, whether I'm wrangling my daughters or here on business. The secret sauce? Definitely the staff. Check-in is smoother than a jazz solo, and somehow, I always snag my dream room. Now, I'm not usually one for reviews, but when exceptional service slaps you in the face like a Mississippi summer, you've gotta give credit where it's due. Enter Jay, the front desk wizard. This guy doesn't just check you in; he rolls out the Southern hospitality like I'm back in the good ol' MS. His vibe is so welcoming, it's like a warm hug, and he had me grinning like a Cheshire cat. Seriously, great employees are rarer than a decent parking spot downtown, and Hilton, you better chain this one to the desk! So, Jay, thanks for turning my day from 'blah' to 'marvelous.' I'm already plotting my next escape here, and who knows, maybe I'll see you rocking a different role next time. Keep shining & may your energy spread onto everyone around you! Xoxo, Amb.

  I recently stayed at this property and had an excellent experience from start to finish. William and Jay at check in provided exceptional customer service. They were professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel valued and ensured the process was smooth and stress free. Their attention to detail and positive attitude set the tone for the entire stay. Lucy during breakfast was equally impressive. She was attentive, warm, and consistently made sure everything was perfect. Her hospitality stood out and truly elevated the dining experience. Overall, the team made me feel welcomed and important throughout my visit. It is clear that guest satisfaction is a priority here. I would gladly return and highly recommend this property to others.

  This was our second stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Atlanta. Each time we were flying out of the ATL airport. The first time we did not leave our car on the property, but we chose to leave it the second time and uber to the airport. The hotel offers, for a nightly fee, to park and leave your vehicle with them while traveling. The staff assured us our car would be safe while we were gone. We left of December 26, 2025 and returned January 3, 2026. Our back glass on the passenger side was busted out and so was a window on another vehicle in the parking lot. The staff done nothing to help us and they had no manager on staff. I called the local police department that made a report, but we had no help with our car from the hotel who assured us it would be safe. I seen no security on the property. Hilton will not return my phone calls, so I have no choice but to file a claim with the BBB and possibly seek legal action. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS HOTEL!!!!! It was a nightmare and the staff is very unprofessional.
