    The hotel staff was kind. Lobby/breakfast area was beautiful. Gym was really nice. The location worked great for us. No parking fee was also a bonus. The view off the balcony to the pool was really pretty. The room we had absolutely needs an upgrade. The air conditioner was not working. It was 78 degrees in our room. The hallway was even hotter. The carpets and couch were very dirty. The door to the bathroom didnt close fully. The mini fridge area had terrible water damage and the piece of wood beside it had a huge nail just sticking out. Also, there was a random pill left in our room upon checking in. The phone and TV in the room didnt work and maintenance wasnt available as it was late on Christmas night. I would love to love this hotel because the staff was great but the room was just dirty. Also, I paid extra for the executive floor and the lounge was closed for the holiday.

    Me in my wife book here had a bad experience I woke up Friday morning around about 8am I was proceeding to Warm up my Kids some food I noticed a roach started Crawling out the microwave went down stairs in try in talk young lady she can’t do anything bout give me some points I don’t want no points I do want me a refund people was smoking weed I could’ve smelled it coming in my room I will never book here again I did not stay until Saturday. I checked out early on Friday.
