    TV wasn’t completely mounted and falling off of the wall, plus the hot tub was cracked leaking on the floor when we got to room 302 so they gave us another room. The entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke and weed even though we were told no smoking. The hotel still proceeded to charge us for both rooms, website wasn’t clear and charged $50 security deposit per night instead of one time. We are still getting additional charges for said “security deposit” even after checkout draining our accounts when we are hours away from home. Rooms also do not come with garbage bags. I cannot recommend as I cannot justify how it is worth these prices.

    The hotel staff was kind. Lobby/breakfast area was beautiful. Gym was really nice. The location worked great for us. No parking fee was also a bonus. The view off the balcony to the pool was really pretty. The room we had absolutely needs an upgrade. The air conditioner was not working. It was 78 degrees in our room. The hallway was even hotter. The carpets and couch were very dirty. The door to the bathroom didnt close fully. The mini fridge area had terrible water damage and the piece of wood beside it had a huge nail just sticking out. Also, there was a random pill left in our room upon checking in. The phone and TV in the room didnt work and maintenance wasnt available as it was late on Christmas night. I would love to love this hotel because the staff was great but the room was just dirty. Also, I paid extra for the executive floor and the lounge was closed for the holiday.
