  Very clean rooms everything was up-to-date great location, their stores and restaurants. There was a particular employee named Elijah. That was very helpful at the front desk. He gave us a lot of information. Made sure that we had everything we needed. Was very informative on a lot of the places Surrounding the hotel Regarding the times and what not

  Very comfortable and clean, with a warm helpful staff. The hotel is well maintained and facilities are all to contemporary standards. It does not feel dated. The lobby and hallways are clean as are the rooms. Everything needed was provided and the staff is exceptional. The breakfast wasn't great, but it could have been an off day - I was only here one night. Shout out to Elijah and Rosalyn who were very friendly and helpful with all of my questions and requests.

  First room given to us the AC didn’t work. Second room the TV doesn’t work. Their fix is to just change us to a 3rd room. What a joke of a hotel.

  The hotel itself was clean, but my experience was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. Early in the morning around 6:00 AM, a heavyset male manager (I am unsure of his name) knocked on my door claiming he needed to investigate a flood on the first floor. I explained calmly that there was no leak, that I had just checked in the night before, and that I had not even used the shower or bathroom yet. After I said this, he began banging on my door aggressively, which terrified both me and my mother. His behavior was threatening and completely unprofessional. We felt unsafe to the point that I had to call 911, and the police showed up. Once the police arrived, the manager briefly checked the bathroom for about 10 seconds and, just as I had said, there was no leak. His actions were unnecessary, rude, and frightening. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. No guest should feel scared or harassed in their room, especially early in the morning. Because of this incident, I will never book this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone. Hotel replied to this comment saying that they have been contacted me about it. That’s not true at all . Nobody contacted me. I checked my emails everyday. No one from the hotel contacted me regarding to address the issue or apologize.

  I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Rosalyn was so courteous and helpful. She deserves a raise and promotion. She made a lot of difference in a world where most people have only negatives to say about customer service, my experience with her was simply fantastic.
