    Stayed here thinking I’d get a restful night and a refreshing start to the day… turns out I got a masterclass in irony instead. Let’s start with the bed — it has a dip so deep I’m pretty sure I qualified for frequent-flyer miles just rolling into it. Clearly worn out and way past its prime. It may look stylish, but sleeping in it feels like camping in a hammock someone forgot to hang properly. Now for the morning “shower experience.” For two mornings straight I enjoyed what can best be described as a light misting of tepid water… emphasis on tepid. Not hot. Not even warm enough to pretend. And because the shower is completely open — no curtain, no door — you just stand there slowly freezing while low-pressure droplets politely suggest you might be getting clean someday. It’s less “spa morning” and more “survival challenge.” The frustrating part is that the hotel looks nice at first glance. Good design, modern vibe… but functionality matters. Comfortable beds and hot showers aren’t luxury requests — they’re basics. If you’re coming for aesthetics, you’ll probably snap a great photo. If you’re coming for rest and a hot shower… pack a sense of humor and maybe a winter coat.

    Highly recommended this hotel! Rooms are huge, property is pristine clean, Dawn and Ian at the front desk are SO welcoming, refreshment area in the rooms are so nice… This hotel is rated a lower star bc of amenities (lack of, like on-site restaurant, bar, high end decor, etc.). I would absolutely stay here again. Five stars for me. - I would suggest better coffee condiments in the rooms. Coffe choice is great, but really low quality “packets” but I just grabbed some from downstairs.

    Maybe they were having issues but my shower was barely warm. Multiple people in my group experience this issue with other rooms. I asked for it to be fixed the first night. It was not fixed and I had to move rooms the second night. The fire alarm kept going off during the day while at the hotel in a meeting room. The staff was very friendly and very prompt to make corrections. The manager came around later with a small sweet treat trinket and an apology letter. Also, the showers are designed with an open half door. Not the place if you want to enjoy a hot shower.

    Stayed here last month and the stay was amazing! Very clean, the hotel staff was very friendly. Would certainly come back. The bathroom in the lobby was very nice and clean. Great experience

    The staff was nice. Room was decently clean. Shower makes no sense- it literally doesn’t close. Breakfast was okay, could have been more protein options but the fruits were good. Location was super nice! The heated indoor pool that myself and a bunch of other people booked this hotel for has actually been broken and closed for weeks. They said people were working on it and nobody was ever in the pool room working on anything. They offered to give us member points as consolation but that doesn’t make your kids stop being heartbroken over the pool experience you hyped up being taken away. We chose this hotel because of the pool, we drove out of the way because it was a feature we wanted and it was broken the whole time.
