  Arrived later in the day to a situation that I thought was going to be a negative experience. Tea and Robert worked in tandem to resolve the issue, going above and beyond and creating a seamless solution. I have a large fleet that I’ve always sent to Hilton and I’m never disappointed. Thank you, gentlemen, for making the extra effort seem effortless. Five out of five.

  Only stayed one night and still managed to get my car broken into …. Where was the security???? Reception must have not reported it. I called on 2/08/2026 @ 12:20am, 12:24am and 12:28am. The first two times they put me on hold to say I was busy, but then I proceeded to open my hotel room and scream out “they are breaking into cars” that’s when the security guard ran outside. The report was done with the police department not the hotel since the hotel put me on hold 2 times before I had to actions into my own hands.

  The customer service was so great! So kind! The beds were divine! I loved their water bottle fillers! The breakfast was delicious.

  Great rates and staff. Comfy rooms and good breakfast with a very scenic view that the kids loved. MARTA station right across the street. We will likely be here again during the next hotel stay in ATL. Also, my kid told me to let everyone know about the comfy warmers when you walk in. LoL
