I just want to acknowledge assistant manager Taylon’s role in helping my stay be as quick and painless as possible. He stayed calm, composed, and efficient while dealing with a never ending mob of tired, impatient airline travelers, including myself. I was checked in and had my room in less than 2 min thanks to him. He was the epitome of professionalism and class during this stressful time.
