- KBKody Brewer6 days ago1.0Watch your credit card charges. I had paid inadvance for the rates I received it was required. We'll I was charged again so now I've paid twice. I talked to the person at the front desk as soon as I saw it pending on my card was toldnit would be reversed yet it cleared on my card which caused an over the limit issue which put an issue on this trip causing me to have to use another card for food and gas if this had been my only card I would have ended up stranded with no way to get home. This doesn't make any sense at all I had given the person that checked me in all the information from the Hilton app confirmation number and the date paid yet still charged again. Update: The 2nd charge has been refunded still waiting on the $75 deposit to be refunded.
- TTTBNov 13, 20251.0There are safer and better places to stay for the money. I stayed here for 3 nights in the area on business and saw some shady things taking place. Drug deals in the parking lot to staff yelling at what I am assuming were guests inappropriately in the parking lot. Not sure what was going on but chasing someone outside and cursing at them is not the way to de-escalate whatever situation occurred. I almost got hit twice by cars speeding through the parking lot from the adjacent apartments. I would not stay here again.
- HRHensley RobertsOct 29, 20253.0It was a little run down, might be time for a refresh. Not BAD but needs some attention. Right next to the freeway so a lot of traffic noise. I was there because I was going to the hospital early in the morning, and when I was leaving there was a food delivery truck park directly in front of my car. I stopped at the desk and ask staff to tell the delivery guy to move his truck but they refused and said I would have to tell him myself, which I thought was rude. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again.
