    Unfortunately my stay here was horrible after staying for the holidays. I’ve been a Hilton Honors member for 12 years and have never had an experience this poor before. Excluding Lamont, the front desk staff had attitudes. I had a few issues with my room and housekeeping needs to be retrained for customer service skills.

    Stayed 2 nights and my experience was not a good one !!! The shower was dirty, the rugs smelled really bad it definitely needed a shampoo !!! The ceilings were peeling definitely needed a paint job !!! The staff was not all that warm and fuzzy !!!! Will not stay here ever again !!! They also gave one set of towels for 2 people !!!

    Older hotel, coffee stains in carpets, several machines like the ice machine broken, and our room didn’t seem to be fully cleaned - crunchy carpets and someone’s bathing suit and some trash left on the floor. But staff is pleasant, night was quiet, bed was very comfy, and the parking garage under the hotel was very convenient.

    Front desk Staff is top tier - most of my experience was with Diamon and Katrina - both went above and beyond for me and all guests, house keeping staff is on top of the business of maintaining a sanitary hotel. Friendly. Beautiful smiles. Consummate Professionals. Restaurants and MARTA: easily accessible- a plus! Thank you especially for those that extended extra care and hospitality. I see you. I appreciate you.
