- VSVincent StevensNov 13, 20251.0This was a horrible experience we checked in and there sheets was very stained and towels had blood spots and hair on them then next morning the power was off for about 3 hours in the whole hotel and my diabetic medication that was in fridge was ruined asked staff to bring up new bedding and towels and the bedding they gave was even more dirty told this to staff most of them was understanding and said manager dewight will contact me he never did I’ve called multiple times but he’s never returned any calls or done anything avoid staying here if u can

Basic cleaning was done very poorly. One towel was given for a 2 night stay. No hot water first night barely warm warter second night, messaged front desk in app never got a response. Had to go to the desk to reset my card key mutliple times. The digital key in the app didn't work once.The breakfast buffet was basically empty at 9AM.

Walls/doors chipped and dented, carpets badly stained and worn, ice machine was broken on our floor. Staff is nice for the most part except the woman at the front desk in the evening, I believe her name is Katrina. We asked for sheets and towels and we were treated rudely and questioned as to why we needed towels and and sheets and then we were asked to bring our old ones down to the front desk. I've never heard such ridiculousness in my life! We are currently Gold Honors members and have been Diamond Honors members in the past. We don't steal towels and sheets and we have never been questioned or treated so rudely for wanting to do our own housekeeping. Aside from that, we had a good experience. Get there early though as the good parking spots get taken up and the lot fills up fast.

The housekeeping staff is so loud. Blasting music while they clean. Staff at the front desk can’t be bothered by any needs. Shower pressure was garbage. No shampoo or shower gel in room. Empty on shower wall.
