At the bar and restaurants, they’re nice but the inconsistent service for a so-called 5 star hotel is ridiculous. Instead, I recommend Kimpton Shane Hotel. The staff there is friendly. Better vibe, chill. Don’t recommend.

The marble bathroom, plush robes, and luxurious amenities made it hard to leave the room! The hotel’s location in Midtown was perfect — close to Piedmont Park, amazing restaurants, and the High Museum of Art — but honestly, we didn’t need to go far. The on-site restaurant, Bar Margot, served some of the best cocktails and food we’ve had in Atlanta. Brunch the next morning was a highlight — everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We also took advantage of the spa and pool area, which provided a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. The massage was phenomenal, and the relaxation lounge made us feel completely recharged. No complaints the entire stay- which was especially great to come back to after a long work day! They would even ziptie my charging cables during turndown service which was such a nice small touch. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept on, the hotel bar and in-room dining were great!
