This was my first time staying at a Four Seasons property. As a Marriott loyalty member, I typically stay at Ritz-Carlton hotels, so I had high expectations. Overall, the property and room met those expectations, and the service at the bar was excellent. However, there were two aspects of my stay that were disappointing: 1. In-room dining quality: The food did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. While the fries were acceptable, the tomato soup tasted like canned tomato paste and lacked depth and flavor. 2. Service follow-through: On one evening, I ordered a meal via Uber Eats that arrived without cutlery. I contacted the hotel through the app to request cutlery and was told it would be sent to my room. After waiting 25 minutes with no delivery, I followed up and was again assured that someone would arrive shortly. An additional 40 minutes passed, and no one ever showed up. For a hotel brand that prides itself on exceptional service, failingi to fulfill such a simple request is unacceptable. While there were positive elements to my stay, these issues detracted from the overall experience

Theres just a few Simple things that I expected, to absolutely not have a problem with. The second night I was here, I had to wheel my own luggage upstairs because the bell person ......wasnt around? Idk....just weird. Then on my 3rd day if left my room around 1pm. The do not disturb sign had been on the door this entire time. I get back around 8pm and house keeping has been in my room😣. This is a huge issue for me, im huge on MY SPACE, ESPECIALLY WHEN I specifically ask that no one enters my room. It was After one.....house keeping should've been completed for the day anyway. None of that matters now I feel uneasy and unsafe, because my word doesn't matter so im checking out early tomorrow. That just really freaked me out.

Here on 12/4 - 12/7/2025. An excellent stay from start to finish. Every staff member I encountered from the front desk to housekeeping and the bar were exceptionally attentive and friendly. Thank you, Four Seasons, for excellence!!

Disappointing and Unsafe Experience. Not What I Expect from Four Seasons. I stayed at the Four Seasons Atlanta for one night as a single mother traveling with two young children. I specifically booked and paid for a two-queen room because of the need for separate sleeping space and safety. At 9:30 PM, after check-in and once all of our belongings had already been brought to the room (nearly 10 PM at this point), I was told that the hotel did not actually have a two-queen room available and that I would be placed in a one-king room instead. This was extremely frustrating and stressful, especially with two tired children late at night. I was told the room was “the same price” because it had been “upgraded to a view,” but this is not an upgrade when traveling with children. A view does not replace having appropriate, safe sleeping accommodations. I booked the two-queen room with a staff member only 30 minutes earlier, so being told it suddenly wasn’t available was unacceptable. I paid nearly $900 for one night, slept poorly, and was forced to have both children in one bed, which felt unsafe and completely avoidable. Since my stay, I have called the hotel multiple times (more than 10) requesting a partial refund or acknowledgment of the issue, and I have been repeatedly denied. For a brand known for luxury and service recovery, this experience was shocking. I did not receive what I booked or paid for, and the situation was handled poorly. I expected significantly better from Four Seasons.

Incredibly uppity. Get that every time I go there. Staff, the valet and front desk people have this elitist mentality and one guy in particular was rude. At the bar and restaurants, they’re nice but the inconsistent service for a so-called 5 star hotel is ridiculous. Instead, I recommend Kimpton Shane Hotel. The staff there is friendly. Better vibe, chill. Don’t recommend.
