The woman at the front desk was welcoming and kind and helped me find parking etc. Once night rolled around I realized how close my room was to the main road and I couldn't sleep. I am a very light sleeper. The staff was so kind and moved me to an available room on the other side of the hotel at 2am! I felt terrible having them move me but they were very kind and had no issues with it whatsoever. The location is great as well. Very close to the battery etc. Just on customer service alone I would stay here again!

The neighborhood is runner-friendly and loaded with dining. Staff is top-notch—fast, friendly, on it. Diamond Elite perks landed perfectly, but the overall service would impress anyone. If you want a hotel that lets you get work done and keep your routine, this is it. I’ll be back.

Hotel denied the claim and also refused to provide video footage, hotel room key log and anything that we requested for. They did not take any responsibility and accountability.
- WMWilma MathisNov 2, 20251.0We became frequent visitors to Even Hotel Cobb. Loved everything about it. However, our last visit became a nightmare once we returned home. We ate breakfast downstairs before we left and saw on our bank statement that we were overcharged by $40 on our meal. We attempted many times with phone calls to get it cleared and was met with neglectful employees. No one would return our calls. No one followed through. No one cared. The staff just left us and hoped that we would forget and just Go away from exhaustion . Then, we went to IHG corporate and tried again. The same Outcome with a little better attention but still no better outcome. We worked this $40 mishap for over a month. There were several ways we could have been served- offer us breakfast when we stayed there the next time, refund the $40, sent a voucher, etc. We are completely outdone. Even Hotel Cobb and IHG hotels have become a running joke that still hurts our feelings. We really loved to stay there. However, we will move on to other properties on future frequent visits while in the Atlanta area. We will miss Even Hotel but the office front staff didn’t EVEN care about our concern. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS! The “tip” was as high as the meal! FOLLOW THROUGH IS IMPORTANT.
