We had the worst experience. We checked in. Went to our room and it looked like someone was staying in there. Food and drinking everywhere. We shut the door quickly as not to startle someone inside. We went back to the desk and a very nice person gave us a new room and we went back up the elevator. We walked into a hot, smelly, disgusting space. It was filthy. It looked like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned ever. The air was broken. It had a musty smell. We drove in from Savannah and had somewhere to be within the hour. We didn’t even want to put our things down in the room. We got on the phone with another hotel within minutes of our current hotel and they were so kind and accommodating. We left in a hurry and were able to check in there and make it to our family function. This embassy suites should be shut down. It’s vile. After reading the hundreds of reviews I’m validated knowing this wasn’t an isolated situation. Shame on management for reading all of these reviews and not taking the appropriate steps to rectify this. Shame on Hilton for not seeing these reviews and taking action as well. We are Hilton Honors members and have been for years. We lost money at a hotel we spent less than 35 minutes at and spent all our points on booking the other one for less than a 24 hour stay. So disappointed. Kelly and Marc Gordon

We have visited this hotel multiple times over the last 18 months and it only gets worse with each visit. Broken elevators: Multiple breakdowns during our stay. Hot water: I am guessing our suite did not come with the hot water package and it was extra $$. Water Pressure: Same as above, we apparently did not get the package that included water pressure. A/C: Guessing this was not part of the package either. Smoking: The amount of people smoking in their rooms is ridiculous. Yes, it's not cigarette smoke, but the smell of marijuana is just as annoying if not more so. Breakfast: Unfortunately, If you arrive within 45 minutes at the end of breakfast it is rushed. The workers start closing the doors ever so slowly. This caused multiple people in our group to become anxious. Turns out they give the left over food to the workers. While it is good to hear that they do not waste the food, it appears this encourages the workers to start closing breakfast early. Rooms: 0 Service: 0 Location: 3 (This is only metric that can receive a rating) The score averages to a one. To be honest, I only gave the location a rating due to it being near General Tso's Catering and Politan Row at Ashford Lane. We enjoy both of these places

I usually have great experiences with Hilton, but my stay at the Hilton Embassy Suites at Atlanta Perimeter Center was the dirtiest hotel I’ve personally ever stayed at. During my stay, I had to change rooms three separate times because each suite was either dirty, poorly maintained, or completely unsanitary, and had roaches! My son even got a nosebleed in his sleep from the dirty and clogged air vents and the rooms musty smell, which another guest also mentioned in a previous Google review. That alone shows that this hotel’s cleanliness issues have been ongoing and ignored. Upon checkout, I asked for my receipt twice and was told by the Housekeeping Manager that Priceline would email it to me…which I knew was unusual practice for Hilton. I insisted they print it, and that’s when I discovered a $250 “Loss and Damage Fee.” The housekeeping manager showed me a photo on her phone of blood on the linens from my son’s nosebleed and claimed they had to throw them away, which supposedly justified the charge. So then I figured that’s why they didn’t want to print it… GOT IT That same manager told me she would waive the fee if I removed my previous complaints about the cleanliness. She and my husband talked and she removed them. However, after returning home to California, I discovered a second $250 charge, which feels clearly retaliatory because I complained about how disgusting the rooms were. SOOO I Complain to the housekeeping manager the rooms were nasty… and now I’m being charged a Loss and damage fee? sounds very coincidental and malicious don’t you think. She told my husband it was and “insult to injury”. Hilton Corporate is currently investigating, has all of my photos and videos of the roaches and unkept rooms, I truly appreciate their effort, but the hotel’s own management has been completely unprofessional. I’ve only heard from the Housekeeping Manager Treaka and it seems like she’s running the show there…never the General Manager, and it’s clear she’s retaliating because my complaints involved her department. As someone who travels frequently and stays at Hiltons monthly, I have NEVER EVER been charged, accused of property or damaged or denied my incidental refund. The lack of integrity, accountability, and leadership at this location is shocking. I am just really curious to see what new made up reason for this SECOND loss and damage fee is… I find it ironic, that ONE guest who complained about 3 different rooms being dirty and roaches in the rooms occur TWO different Loss and Damage fees? I also had to obtain cleaning supplies from Target just to disinfect the space. Having to move rooms three times was a huge inconvenience while already dealing with rental cars, flight costs, and incidental holds during a week-long trip from California to Georgia amid a government shutdown.. changing hotels would have been an inconvenience especially since I prepaid for my room through Priceline. This entire experience has been stressful, disappointing, and completely unworthy of the Hilton name. Even before I checked in, I received horrible service because I called the hotel to let them know our flight got delayed and we’ll be there by midnight, and received an unpleasant response. In short: Do not stay here. The area is great but it’s just unclean and the rooms are not standard for a 4 star let lone 1! The staff is vindictive, unprofessional and retaliatory, if you file a complaint or question the integrity of their rooms. I have never encounter something like this EVER! I have been a Hilton honors member for 13 years and I am sure they will make this right… so and I am not going to let this deter me from staying at their other properties! Just stay FAR away from this hotel!!

Stayed here many times over 25 years. Friendly Staff, Great Breakfast, however Bed not comfortable. Annoying, almost continuous noise coming from bathroom shower behind the wall even when shower not in use. Had to keep door to bathroom closed. The following is the MAN REASON for 2 stars. Be AWARE also new Hilton policy on some reservations, if you book multiple days and don't show up the 1st day, you can't show up the next day to continue what you have already paid for. They will cancel all remaining days, and keep all your days you paid for so they can sell that room again and double dip on the same room. This is so ethically wrong! I found it hard to believe, and this policy really reflects Serious GREED at the highest levels. Is it any wonder that VRBO / AirBNB have done so well. So watch the fine print on the reservations. 25.00 a day parking that is not secure is another issue to be aware of. TIP; the electrical sockets are plentiful but worn out. Try bending the blades on your male socket or charger to get a workable fit.

I hate to have to write this but I have stayed in many hotels of varying luxury. Hilton Embassy Suites I would categorize in the lower luxury. I admit we let our Hilton Honors drop to Gold status as we’ve been staying in other brands lately. Nevertheless, one would expect excellent service and everything on point regardless of your status level. But this location at Perimeter was so disappointing. I booked the hotel for friends and myself. So I felt responsible for how bad it was. I hope to spare others the embarrassment. First the room had no toiletries- as though it was completely forgotten. We were shorted washcloths. Not enough towels. There was an obvious remnant of a previous couple’s encounter on the sofa. It should have been cleaned. The beds are advertised as 2 Queen beds. We booked and paid for 2 Queens. But the beds in the room were Full size. I opened up the sofa bed which was Queen, laid across both it and the room beds to confirm. This to me is false advertising. Do not say Queens when it is Doubles. Thankfully for the 4 of us we were able to use the sofa bed- which the mattress was so horribly thin- and the chaise as other beds. The evening reception was an embarrassment. Literally 3 bowls- crackers, cheese cubes, chicken salad. I am used to Embassy Suites having chafing dishes- hot food and so much more variety. We would have been better off just getting our 2 drinks each and forgoing the snacks. The pool, while indoor, was ice cold. You would expect an indoor pool to be heated. The hot tub didn’t have any hair floating in it which was good but there was sand all in the bottom. We didn’t enjoy the hot tub because the hvac directly above it was so incredibly loud that you couldn’t have a conversation with people in the hut tub - 5 feet across - without speaking at a volume that you would need in a crowded bar on a game night. If that wasn’t bad enough, they had not restocked the pool towels. Two days in a row, only 1-2 towels total in the shelf. We asked for pool towels 3 times - dripping wet at reception. Other guests commented that they didn’t have pool towels when they went either. Reception did call for towels- but said they were being laundered. The towels showed up after we had dried off with the hand towels from the fitness center and had walked out. . There is no excuse for this. Management should have enough supplies to keep towels stocked- in rooms and the pool. While the used towels are washing, there should be clean ones ready to put out. Then the elevators, granted is one under repair. But that meant all 10 floors shared 2 working (but also in need of facelifts) elevators. One guest on the 4th floor squished in with us as she said she already passed up 3 prior elevators going down that were full and didn’t want to wait any longer. The hotel overall is tired and needs a deep cleaning. It smelled fine and was tidy. They were clearly on top of daily housekeeping. But the carpets are dingy. The walls in the areas overlooking the view are banged up. Again this points to management not having higher standards for presentation. Now, what was good about our stay? The atrium is nicely done. There is plenty of seating with various size tables. We were able to have private conversations without feeling overheard. The bar is centrally located, appropriately sized and the bartenders personable. It was very quiet within the rooms. The fact that most rooms are 2 room suites at a reasonable rate is a wonderful feature, especially when entertaining. There’s a door to the bedroom if needed. The buffet breakfast was as expected. Plenty of choices of fruit, yogurt, breads, cereals. Chafing dishes contained breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs (think powdered eggs), sausage, pancakes. Coffee, hot teas and juices. The omelette station was well run. Each omelette is made to order. Salsa also available. They were efficiently cooking/calling out when ready. They did have police security in the parking garage. Unless things improve, I don’t plan to stay here again.
