This teview is not against this particular location, but the restaurant that is now "contracted" for breakfast. I've been a loyal customer to Hilton for years and my experience thus far with my breakfast completely SUCKS!! First, they do not allow plates to leave the area so I was not able to take my son (who recently had surgery) food on a plate. I instead had to rig a couple of napkins for bacon and cake. The food layout was chaotic at best. Nothing flowed. They keep the meats behind the counter and the grits were like custard. Hilton, if you dont want complaints, the restaurant is going to have to do better. My service thus far with front desk and housekeeping have been the quality Hilton experience im used to.

The property is in a good location, but the staff leaves you wanting more. I travel for business and Hilton properties are where I go; I've been loyal to the Hilton Honors program for a while, but here it didn't seem to matter. Also, I drive an EV and I always look for hotels with EV chargers and this hotel advertised EV chargers, but the chargers were malfunctioning and the staff didn't seem to have a clue on how to resolve, nor did they care to resolve the situation. Overall, I won't be back at this property.

My son and I just stayed here January 1st and 2nd as he was running in the Polar race on Saturday the 3rd. From the moment I walked in everyone was so nice. I wasn’t booked there for the 1st as we were driving and I had not planned on driving almost 11 hours straight, we were going to stay a night in maybe Charlotte, NC, but we went straight they had rooms available so that way I didn’t need to wake up in the am and drive again. I had to have two separate check inns though but no big deal. I just came down in the morning and checked in again but didn’t need to change rooms. Everyone was so kind, breakfast was good, room was huge and beds VERY comfortable. There was one small issue but I won’t put that on a public forum as it was no big deal, assistant manager thanks me immensely for bringing it to his attention. He was soooooo kind. We go back in July for another race and I already told the hotel I’ll choose this hotel again.

Arriving was kind of tricky due the parking garage being hiding in the cut but attached to the building. The lobby was beautiful and very clean. The receptionist were nice and helpful. I was greeted as a Honors Member, but the team member forgot to give me my two bottles of water lol. Honestly, I forgot too until I was in my room. She get a pass. I think she was new. Entering my room(336), everything seems nice and put together. The sink was stopped up, but we didn't complain. I found it odd that the bathroom didn't have sockets. I flat ironed my hair in the bedroom. The next morning, I got up for the hot breakfast which was delicious. The dining was clean and the host was nice. The next morning at check out, I usually leave my key cards and check out on my phone, but I decided to keep one with me. Luckily I did because I needed it to exit the garage...strange. I would stay here again though.

Stayed at the Embassy Suites in Midtown and overall had a solid experience. The room was very modern and nicely updated—clean, comfortable, and felt fresh compared to many hotels in the area. The biggest downside was the breakfast, which was a bit subpar for an Embassy Suites. Although they do have the make-to-order omelet bar, we had to wait close to ten minutes just to get the large coffee canisters refilled, which was frustrating. Another small challenge was locating the hotel parking, especially late at night, as it wasn’t very intuitive or clearly marked. Overall, the updated rooms were a highlight, and with some improvements to breakfast service and clearer parking guidance, this would be a much better stay.
