I booked the hotel so that I could use the pool. I called ahead to make sure the pool was open and the jacuzzi worked. They said it was. When i arrived at 1pm the place was empty but they wouldn’t let me check in or got to the pool. The receptionist was incredibly rude. They didn’t allow me to check in until 7pm!
At 7pm I discovered that the pool was disgustingly dirty with a grease slick and no filtration, and the jacuzzi was green, moldy, and had no bubbles. To make it worse the room was dingy and had a light stank.
They sent me texts to check in but didn’t respond to any of my concerns. They charge a cartoonish amount for parking and threatened to have me towed if i parked in the available free parking.
There are several better hotels in the area. I left about 40 mins after checking in. Don’t stay here!

I’m genuinely disappointed with how far Embassy Suites has declined. The property feels poorly maintained and not well managed, which was especially concerning for our family of five staying for five nights. We had already transferred from another Embassy suites (in Atlantic station) due to multiple vehicle break-ins in one night, so we were hoping for a safer, better-run experience here.
Unfortunately, customer service was poor and the room condition did not reflect the standards I’ve come to expect from Embassy Suites or the Hilton brand.
The one bright spot was Ninnette. She was warm, professional, and welcoming during our late-night check-in, and her kindness truly stood out.

I was in town to see my daughter perform nearby at the Cobb Energy Center. This Hilton is very near the performing arts center, additionally I have a discount through my employer, so I thought I would book a weekend there.
Then I remembered... Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile left my daughter in the cold of Chicago night when she visited there this past winter. They refused to honor her reservation and subsequently steadfastly refused to issue any refund. I decided I don't give my money to corporations who steal from dancers.
Thus, I encourage all to NOT book at Hilton because they are an adversary to the dancers who perform across the street.

BEWARE! AVOID THIS PLACE
OVERCHARGE FOR ROOMSERVICE INCLUDES A HIGH TIP-
THE front desk agrues about asking for bottle water-they stated must purchase-the room was old couch old-very dark-hot tub was nasty nasty nasty
I reported to staff about hot tub explained the bottle water is usually included with diamond HIlton status and they didnt care-very rude then acted like i was rude for asking for water-the policy at all embassy suites is FREE BOTTLE WATER
next PARKING IS 27 A NIGHT
the only thing good about this place is the beds were clean-however the mattress was literally sideways-older
AND NO FREE COFFEE IN LOBBY-
POOR PLACE TO RELAX
if you are traveling you dont want to feel like you are in the way of the staff the front desk-
also cancelled the rsvp so we couldnt get out of the parking lot-cansue key didnt work-NOT HILTON QUALITY
JUST AVOID -not like the nromal Embassy
