    We booked a block and half of everything is was wrong. It’s not worth it. The amount of attitude here is just a bad experience. Won’t come back.

    Hotel is old and spacious, location is spot on. Rooms are spacious, but poorly maintained, there is a sofa which looked damp and unclean. The cleanliness was below standard, I found bugs in my room, pictures attached. Room Wi-Fi was good and the breakfast was decent with limited sugary options, not Hilton standard. Except for the person who made omelettes and the breakfast staff rest of the staff were rude and arrogant. Honestly this has been the worst hotel experience of my life. I have travelled to multiple countries and properties of Hilton, this is the worst in terms of service, food quality and options, cleanliness and customer centricity. I would never go again, given an option I would advise people NOT to opt for this place. They charged a security deposit of about 500 USD from the card without consent, after me explaining that I will be the only female guest strictly on business visit. On top of that they refused to offer a receipt for the amount they charged. I have stayed in other properties of Hilton like Hampton Inn Cumberland, much reasonable, the staff were polite, good location near Cumberland mall and they didn’t take a deposit at all. The expectation is when you charge over 150 USD a night for 1 person, you expect polite staff, good breakfast spread and a clean room. Except for the Internet, and location of the hotel nothing was worth mentioning. I highlight front desk staff were extremely rude and arrogant by no means Hilton standard. Had no training how to behave with a guest. If I could give 0 stars I would have, 2 stars are for the location and the room Wi-Fi and the Omelet person, he at least had a smile and bothered to greet. My review is strictly based on my personal experience and how I was treated for 7 days.

    Pretty worn out property. Dark, dank, tired. Atrium fountain broken and smells if you sit next to it. Dark rooms. Better options in the area.
