    They gave me a room 120$ cheaper than the one I booked (no view, no king bed either) because they "overbooked" it and offered a 5$ voucher, no other compensation. Customer service is poor to say the least. Rooms & furniture are really worn, not up to Hilton quality at all. There is no coffee: in the room or in the lobby. Rooms AC do not work properly so the rooms feel stuffy. TV signal kept going out. Overall really bad experience, will NOT be returning for sure. Parking is 30$ per night.

    I booked the hotel so that I could use the pool. I called ahead to make sure the pool was open and the jacuzzi worked. They said it was. When i arrived at 1pm the place was empty but they wouldn’t let me check in or got to the pool. The receptionist was incredibly rude. They didn’t allow me to check in until 7pm! At 7pm I discovered that the pool was disgustingly dirty with a grease slick and no filtration, and the jacuzzi was green, moldy, and had no bubbles. To make it worse the room was dingy and had a light stank. They sent me texts to check in but didn’t respond to any of my concerns. They charge a cartoonish amount for parking and threatened to have me towed if i parked in the available free parking. There are several better hotels in the area. I left about 40 mins after checking in. Don’t stay here!
