    Customer Service was exceptional. The room spacious , pretty and clean. Location, the best. Close to everything you can imagine. The most outstanding valet parking provided by Kibur. He was just amazing, heping me with my car and letting park to unload my belongings. Bringing an extra cart for us. Tiburon thank you so much! You are extraordinary!!!

    I checked into my room and immediately discovered that the trash can was full of dirty diapers and used wipes. I reported the issue to the hotel multiple times and was assured each time that it would be addressed. I checked in Friday evening, yet no one came to resolve the problem until Saturday evening. Throughout Friday and Saturday, I saw housekeepers working in the area, but no one was sent to my room. I was specifically told that the housekeeping manager would be notified, and still nothing was done. This situation should have been handled promptly and professionally. Instead, I was left in a room with a trash can full of soiled diapers, which is unacceptable and unsanitary.

    Stay was great. Thank goodness for valet service due to a tight garage for self parking. Venecia and the entire valet crew took very good care of us. All interaction with the employees was 5 star service especially the front desk and bar tender.

The valet team at Embassy Suites — Venecia and Nolawe — is, without exaggeration, the best part of my day. From day one, Venecia set the bar high and never let it drop. My car was always ready without a long wait, my seat was exactly where I left it, my radio untouched — and if anything was ever adjusted, it was always put right back without me having to say a word. That kind of attention to detail isn’t trained, it’s character. And then there’s Nolawe — proof that chivalry is absolutely not dead. This young man got my door every time like a true gentleman, helped with my daily luggage without hesitation, and never once rushed me. On more than one occasion I was finishing up a call with a patient, and Nolawe had the grace and professionalism to wait patiently until I was completely ready — never hovering, never interrupting, never compromising the privacy of my conversation. He simply held space until I was done. That level of discretion and respect is rare and should be celebrated. What ties this whole team together is the warmth. Every single morning, there was a pleasant and accommodating presence waiting — the kind that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another transaction. In a world where customer service has become something of a lost art, Venecia and Nolawe are out here giving a masterclass.
