    Every time I stay at the Embassy Suites, it’s an amazing experience. I travel to Atlanta about twice a month, and this location consistently stands out for its exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast crew was incredibly kind, attentive, and made each morning such a pleasant start to the day. Everyone greeted us with smiles and made sure everything was perfect. Valet Venecia truly went above and beyond for us. She was professional, friendly, and so helpful. the kind of service that really makes you feel taken care of. She made our arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. I always look forward to staying here, and this trip once again reminded me why this Embassy Suites is my go-to when I’m in Atlanta. Highly recommend!

    I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Buckhead and checked in on 12/30 for two rooms for my son’s birthday. Unfortunately, the service upon arrival was very disappointing. However, I do want to recognize Angela, whom I met downstairs while checking out. Her customer service was excellent professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. I truly wish she had been present at check-in, as her level of service is what the experience should have been from the start. If only the staff from the day before had shown the same professionalism and care.

    Checked into this hotel on December 28 and immediately found hair on the sheets in the bed. Also debris on the rug and other artifacts that would tell me the room was not cleaned. I addressed the issue with the front desk who comped me parking and had the room cleaned up. Later that day, I had to pleasure of finding to roaches in the room. The next morning, I checked out early and informed the front desk that the room needed to be sprayed. Not only did they charge me for the day that I had checked out, but they didn’t have the courtesy to even return any of my phone calls so I can address this discrepancy in billing. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

    I want to take a moment to recognize Sam and Delvin — they are truly the absolute best. While my overall hotel experience was a little rocky, they both did their very best to assist me in every way possible. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making things right. They absolutely did their jobs — and did them well — even when others unfortunately fell short. I also want to give a very special thank-you to the amazing woman who works in breakfast with the beautiful bob hairstyle. She is truly a beautiful human being inside and out. She goes above and beyond, and her care and kindness genuinely show in everything she does. She is the definition of a hard worker, and her positive energy made my mornings brighter. Because of people like Sam, Delvin, and her, this place still has heart. They deserve to be recognized and appreciated.

    I am writing to share feedback regarding my third stay at your hotel. While I have enjoyed my previous visits, yesterday’s experience was disappointing due to several service and maintenance lapses. First, we were given incorrect breakfast hours at check-in (told 6:30 AM instead of 7:30 AM), which led us to wake up at 5:30 AM unnecessarily and causing us to go to breakfast elsewhere. Additionally, I was surprised by a $55 parking fee that was not disclosed during the booking process. Regarding the room, while the overall aesthetic was nice, the bathroom requires attention: the sinks were missing stoppers and the wallpaper was peeling where the toilet paper holder had been poorly relocated. As a returning guest, I hope these issues can be addressed for future stays."
