When I got the text where they was checking on me I told them they never showed up I assumed they would come by the time I came back to the room which was very late no1 never showed up

- CCColin CowingNov 10, 20255.0Enjoyed the stay here with wife and young son, they accommodated us with a room at the end away from the elevators , so we could ensure we weren’t disturbed/disturbing neighbors with our little one. Great for kids, safe, clean, comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast, service from staff and happy hour. Will definitely be back and rec to others. Stayed here during a visit to the aquarium , felt like this place was better value than one next to aquarium. Driving in Atlanta can be a little harrowing but it was pretty easy to park and took about 20 mins to aquarium. Cons: parking garage could use better signage and is in need of a pressure wash, otherwise we found it to be pretty top tier and a really great value.

When you park and need to get in the building, there’s absolutely no signage in terms of what floor you need to get off on in order to enter the lobby. I pressed all of them and eventually ended up in the lobby floor. Once you’re in the lobby, there is no signage about where to go to check in, so I walked the perimeter And eventually found the check in desk. I checked in without incident.. Once I got in my room, I prepared for a virtual meeting. While I was in my meeting, ZoomOn walked in and loud exclaimed “Oh you’re in here!” She had a uniform, so she was part of the housekeeping staff. I reported it to deaf ears as nothing was done. I then reported that the top latch to lock the door was broken… again nothing done . The next morning I left to a meeting and placed the do not disturb sign up. I returned to see that was ignored. I reported that and this time all of my concerns were acknowledged.. I like Hilton hotels so it’s disappointing this one leaves guests with a negative impression.
