It’s nicer when they have water in your room instead of having to ask for it.

I stayed here from 9-14 Nov and truly, I had a great experience. I stayed on the 8th floor in a king suite that was honestly really nice. Separate living room with a pullout couch so if you have people staying with you, you can have your own spaces (complete with separate TVs!). It was just me so when I was in my hotel room, I largely stayed in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were your standard hotel pillows where they were a little too soft and required 2-3 for my own personal preference. Hardly a real complaint there since thats personal preference but figured it was worth mentioning.
Check in and checkout was smooth and front desk was very kind and helpful. They explained when breakfast was, how they had evening events every night, attached restaurants for dinner, and more. The only complaint I really had was that it was not communicated to me before I arrived that the initial pending charge for my hotel stay would include ~$200 for valet services. If you don't use it, they don't fully charge it but I wish it had been communicated prior. I never used the valet service so I'm expecting for that to come off.
My only thing I wish was different about the rooms was there was no cutlery or plates. I brought back leftovers to my room and realized on my last night when I planned to eat them all, I had no way of eating them since I didn't have a fork and one of the containers was styrofoam so I needed a plate or something to reheat it. If anything, I wish there was one set of cutlery and maybe 1-2 plates.
Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would 100% stay here again.

My trip started off bad the airline lost my luggage then my Lyft driver wasn’t pleasant at all but once we made it to the hotel Jamarey B and Madison were the first two I dealt with and I must say they were very friendly and helpful we talked about the Hawks game I was in town for and shared how my trip was going. Fast forward to me checking out the hotel yesterday the same two was at the counter and remembered our conversation even remembered what I do for a living and asked how was the game even though I am a football fan not basketball that blew me away for them to even remember with as many people that they deal with in a daily basis and even asked if I ever got my luggage from the airport. I must say they are awesome employees but I cannot leave out the lady that was serving drinks at the evening reception sorry I did not get her name but she was so sweet wanted to make sure that my group and I knew good mature places to go and be safe. I would definitely stay at this hotel next time I am in Atlanta I have managed for the company I work for over 20 years and would welcome any of those 3 to my team if they ever moved to the great state of Arkansas. Embassy give them a raise better yet a promotion they represent your company well!!!

Loved my stay with the hotel. The service was excellent. Lawrence checked us in at the front desk. He was very kind, knowledgeable and gave great suggestions on places to visit while staying in Atlanta. The breakfast was amazing. Always my favorite part of staying at Embassy Suites. The location was great and loved that there was a Ruth’s Chris connected to the hotel. When I come back to visit I will be staying at this location.

The hotel it beautiful, the staff was wonderful, and the food was delicious, beds were comfortable. My only critique would be the rooms feel dated for a hotel with such a big name and location.
