I had a business conference and yes, this hotel is very close to the airport that's a plus. Breakfast staff was amazing! Bar service made the stay worth the stay.Front office administration should take tips on how to treat a guess, Very unprofessional, not welcoming and nonchalant bout the dirty, dusty, smelly outdated rooms .My first night the tub was draining slow and toilet not flushing, I asked to change rooms it was denied. They came and made repairs,The third night the bathtub knob got stuck the water would not turn off. I had three repairs in two nights in the same room. I asked to change from day one! If you book here skip the front desk go straight to the bar and receive great service, sleep in the lobby and wake up to a amazing breakfast team!!

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in Atlanta while attending a business conference, and I want to take a moment to recognize Alex, the bartender, for his exceptional service.
From the moment that I arrived at the bar, Alex made me feel very welcome and comfortable. He was attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure every guest had a great experience and it should be noted that he was exceptional during busy hours on a weekend. Alex’s professionalism and genuine hospitality stood out immediately to me.
As someone who also works for a Hilton hotel, I truly value and appreciate the level of service Alex has provided me and others with. It is very clear that he takes pride in his work and upholds the Hilton brand’s commitment to providing outstanding guest care. It should also be mentioned that by watching how he interacted with customers reminded me what true hospitality looks like. Someone who is attentive, personable, efficient, and attentive.
Alex is an incredible representative of the Embassy Suites team, and I hope his dedication is recognized. Alex the bartender not only made my stay comfortable but also very memorable.

Don’t waste your money! The front desk girl Dameata jones is so rude! I was at the airport trying to catch the hotel shuttle for my 2 night stay I had a reservation. I waited 45 min and the shuttle wasn’t coming so I called and Ms jones left me on hold the first time for 10 min, then I called back she left me on hold again. I tried to call back then she refused to answer. I paid another shuttle to take me to the embassy and when I checked in she said oh you are the one that tried calling I said yes, and you never helped me. She told me she had caller id and chose not to answer. There wasn’t a line when I got there, the phones was ringing like crazy she wasn’t attempting to answer or help anyone! She had a terrible nasty attitude. Also, asked where the reception would be held for the snacks and she refused to answer my daughter when she asked, she said ask someone else. Then I had a 12 checkout time, housekeeping tried opening my door at 9 am, the first time, then came back at 10:30. I travel a lot and this hotel is run down, rude employees! This was not like any other embassy I have ever stayed at! I will never be back to this one and I travel a lot!
