Starting off with the positive, breakast was good, some items not as fresh, but overall good selection, and the made-to-order omelette station was great. The room was in poor condition, seemed like an old hotel which was refurbished. Our room flooded on the second night, we had items on the floor that were ruined. The smell of mold was very strong sign that it was not the first time. I informed the staff, and they did not offer any compensation because I booked via Expedia. They compensated our parking though.

I visited this property for work and we had a meeting room for the day I was greeted warmly by Silvia at the desk and Fatima upon arrival. Steve handled the banquets and he was wonderful as well as both shuttle drivers Friday at 4pm and this mornings driver at 7am Rooms were clean and dinner was nice onsite. 5 stars so friendly. The only downside was at 6:49am today/Sunday I did ask to check out and get a printed receipt and if an atm onsite to tip the drivers… went back to ask the lady at the desk if she could break a 20 bill to add in an envelope for Fridays driver then received a lecture that I was telling and not asking too much from her… it was odd and confrontational… completely Unnecessary and just wrong on every level.. … I’ve been in the hospitality industry and airline for both of my both careers and that’s a first… …nor have I encountered this before… . I would say attitude is everything but perhaps as a suggestion have Silvia train the desk and mentor…..she is 5 stars and stood out above all the way with a warm smile and offered to assist every guest ( her smile made the trip memorable as well as Steve) No one needs a lecture on if they asked for too many things upon checkout to be able to tip these hard working drivers….. i would give the checkout 1 star but the rest of the staff was amazing…..still confused by that incident and left extremely uncomfortable …. However the driver made up for it and he was most excellent….I would give 5 stars but the check out was something….

This is obviously a very badly managed hotel. I stood in line for over an hour just to get checked in. Only about ten people ahead of me. Two check-in desk people taking fooooreeeeeeeveeeeer on each guest. I try to iron my dress shirt that I need for a talk and the iron splatters water all over it, leaving tide rings. No worries, I'll just wash the shirt, right? No. The whole laundry room is completely shut down. I go downstairs for their evening reception which is one of the main reasons to book with Embassy. Group of guests starting at 5:30 (the posted time) wait for over an hour for the snacks to come out. In the morning, I have an important talk to give two hours away and I need to leave promptly at 7:00. Sign and staff say that breakfast comes out at 6:30. I'll just eat up quick, right? No. You guessed it. No breakfast anywhere to be seen. I eventually have to just leave without wasting anything. There were also lots of little complaints that aren't worth mentioning, but the sum of it is this: whoever's the manager here needs to be fired.

I reserved this room for my daughter's 17th birthday for a slumber party. Before arriving, I checked in on my app and picked my room. When I arrived at the hotel, I checked in, and not once did the lady at the front desk (Tytianna) tell me there was construction going on on the 5th floor.  Not only on the floor, but literally right next door to my room.  I didn't see any workers, so I went into the room and set up the decorations.  I wasn't happy about it, but I was on a schedule and didn't have time to reset up the room to surprise my daughter.  I get back with my daughter and her friend to surprise her, and when we return it was a full construction staff in the hallway, like 6 men. They were drilling and sawing and everything.  This should have been told to me when I checked in that there was construction going on and that they could move me. I have full pictures too that will be added to my review online. I then get my daughter in the room, and the couch had a sharp piece sticking out of the corner and cut her friend.  The chair at the desk had holes and leather missing when they pulled the couch out to sleep on it there were old bags of food and cookies and tissues under the bed.  There was a huge blood stain on the mattress too. I have pictures of this as well they look molded. So the room also isn't being properly cleaned. I went downstairs and tried to ask the guy at the front desk questions about the construction etc and he seemed like he was lost and had no clue what he was doing and just kept apologizing.  This was a horrible experience to then the next day I check out and get my bill and I was double charged for parking. I had already added parking on my reservation and she added it again when I checked in.  I tried to call the hotel yesterday and ask for the manager and got the same clueless guy he transferred me to a voice mail that had a man name Jimmy Grover name and the mailbox was full so I called back and he said that the manager is Natasha Boyd and that was her correct line. He then starts apologizing again and I asked him to have her give me a call,  No one has called yet.

This was the absolute worst Embassy Suites Hilton brand property I have EVER stayed at and I am a Diamond member, so I have spent almost as much time in hotels as my own home. We were in the area for an event at the convention center, so I wanted a close property. I always pick Hilton and normally I am 100% satisfied. Actually, I have never left a bad review for Hilton or anyone. This one was more than deserving. The hotel room was old and dank - looked as if the floors hadn’t been vacuumed with crumbs and sparkles all over carpet, mold in the bathroom shower, carpet nail strip exposed and ripped carpet - injury waiting to happen, pullout couch was so worn and thin, my daughter couldn’t sleep on it. The couch looked like it was old and needed a deep cleaning. I wouldn’t even sit on it, instead picking the dining chair to relax in the evenings. Paint was chipping on the walls, broken bathroom handle - another injury waiting to happen, worn out and ripped equipment in the gym, flat Bosu balls, fountain that was under repair but unfinished. A mess everywhere you looked. I asked the manager if he had walked around his property and noticed the numerous failures and he said no, but he would call engineering to address. What? Are you joking me… I told him to go look at the bar/lobby bathroom and see the broken door handle, missing faucet, clogged toilets and mess that existed, he declined and said he would call the team to check it out. That is a clear example of passing the buck and not taking accountability. Jordan - you and your staff need to do better! Your property is an embarrassment to the Hilton brand. I would be ashamed to be a franchise owner of this property. One bartender each night that moved at the pace of a snail, with a line of 14 people deep. Not her fault - managements for not properly staffing. She was running food and drinks and no one was cleaning up the mess that was left everywhere. We had to clean up sitting areas to even be able to sit down. Snacks were not replenished when depleted. I notified management of issues and they said the hotel is old and getting a redo in the future…well I have stayed at hotels older than this that were properly cared for and where management addressed concerns so it is a clean and nice stay for the guest. This place was bad from start to finish. You could tell they clearly don’t care here. Keys didn’t work to the parking lot or rooms on our second day. We weren’t alone as there was a line with other people at the front desk doing the same thing - getting new keys and being inconvenienced. They should warn folks that this property is in terrible shape and pending repair, I would have shifted to another Hilton property immediately. I offered my photos to show management all of the gross failures in quality (carpet, broken handle, etc.) and he declined to view them. Very disappointed that management offered nothing for a list of issues with pictures to verify validity other than an empty “sorry, it’s an old property.” I notified them via text when they were checking in with me, then continued to text them with issues, as well as finally stopped and asked to see a manager on my way out, because I literally flushed $500 down the toilet staying here for 2 nights. So disappointing from a Hilton brand. Hilton take a close look at this property - you don’t want them representing your brand until some significant changes occur and proper management is in place. I do not recommend this hotel - folks keep looking for another!
