When I arrived for check in- I was told to wait outside. When I came back inside to check in again, the clerk told me she marked me as a no show and that I’d have to pay for a new room. I wish I was kidding.
I was charged twice and nobody will help me correct this. GM won’t return a call or email, very professional to ghost customers.
This place is a mess. Stay somewhere else, unless you like paying double!

I''ve been a Hilton member for over 15yrs and never had bad service here at this embassy suites. we check in and pay the fee to check in that was ok because we arrived early we get to our room and there are ppl still in the room i went back and told the lady that check us in and its like she didn't believe me so she had to go check for her self and came back and apologize. then in our room the ac would never turn off and my refrigerator didn't work i told the front desk and they said they were gonna send someone to fix it they never showed up there was a water bug in the bathroom this hotel needs a make over starting with rooms. The breakfast grill was broke couldn't get any fried eggs or Omelette and the soda machine wasn't working they ran out of spoons and forks had to use plastic one of the washer was broken. when you first check in they always welcome you and thank you for being Hilton member and they usually give you free water never got that. very disappointed with this embassy suites.

This is a great place if you're flying out for location. Rooms are pretty well laid out. Daily parking is a bit pricey. My main beef are the room carpets are filthy, I think they need a steam cleaning this decade. The pool is fine for kids, but i think they need to change the water this year, it's pretty murky. The bar/restaurant needs to have a person at it at all times. The poor girl not only serves the happy hour drinks but also busses the tables.
Also, the rooms with 2 beds were designed for queens, you can see the trim was clearly made for them. For a cost cutting reason though, they are fitted with doubles which sucks for couples.
If they could fix those things, this would be spectacular hotel with great access to the airport. The included breakfast is pretty awesome, you can totally load up on the buffet or place an order.
ps. If you have more than one kid, don't bother with the premium rooms. The "food" included for that premium price is only good for 2 people at most.

This hotel was abysmal. We booked a 2 bed room with a pull out sofa. When it came time for bed, we pulled out the sofa bed and found a massive stain over the entire center of the mattress that had seeped through all the way to the underside of it. The thought of having my children sleep on a biohazard mattress was a big no. Management let us view 2 other potential rooms that were just as disgusting - all 3 rooms had stains all over the floors, inadequate and slapdash repairs in the bathrooms, sticky stuff on the floor by one of the beds, raised stains of dried gunk on the sofa. We tried to find a new hotel at 9pm at night and were unsuccessful, not to mention 3 exhausted little kids. The icing on the cake was that when we asked for an extra blanket, we were told to come get it ourselves. We ended up having the kids sleep on the couch instead of the pullout portion and left immediately in the morning. We barely slept because everything felt so filthy.

This hotel was a dressed up Trash can. First let me start off by saying when we first checked in, nobody said anything about the water will be shut off the next day for a total of 4 hours. It wasn't until my husband had a head full of dye that we noticed. I called downstairs Housekeeping was supposed to bring some and bottled water waited around for an hour and a half. No one ever showed up. Front desk called to see if anyone showed up even after I told her nobody showed up. No additional attempt was made to bring the water so we just roughed it out and went to my family's home so my husband can wash the hair dye out everything in the room is old and dated. Even the telephone buttons were pushed in some were missing. The water was brown. The tub constantly was stopped up along with the sink which is very nasty. When you're taking a bath on shower, you do not want to have dirty water up to your ankles. Paying $23 a day for parking was ridiculous on top of that with a healthy price tag to stay at this hotel. I usually read the reviews before I check into any hotel. I gave embassy a pass based off the name but I would never do that again. The only thing that was good about my stay was the breakfast in the morning. Even with that, I would never stay at this hotel again. You can clearly see that no money has been invested in the property. The workers are trying to act like they want to help you but they really don't want to help you. They could care less. This was a major disappointment! On top of that I stayed for 5 days thinking that I will be able to enjoy my holidays away from home.
