This hotel is close to one of my offices. The staff is amazing! The hotel itself is a bit dated, but there is an attached restaurant, Marlow's, that makes this a must stay hotel. Marlow's and Hilton's staff are both some of the most friendly folks I have encountered in the greater Atlanta area. I would highly reccomend if a nearby stay is in your plans.

I called the hotel and to my surprise I was met with the most positive energy on the other end of the phone. Charnice answered with a smile on her face that I could feel. Her energy is so upbeat and truly inspiring, especially because I called around 7:30am! Not only could I feel her positive energy, but she was knowledgable, helpful and was able to answer my questions quickly. She truly made my day start on a great note, so I could only imagine how she makes your in house guests feel!

The staff was consistently courteous and attentive throughout my stay. Cookies are quickly surrendered upon request. I was treated well by all staff I encountered.
The breakfast hosts/servers were excellent. They were gentle and kind ladies.
This hotel is a decent hotel. It's not a newer build or deeply renovated but it's kept clean and everything works.
They have security that circles the parking lot through the night and during the day as well, from what I noticed. After hours there is only one way open for entry or exit which makes it better for security to make sure vehicles are secure and much more difficult for nefarious actors. That is smart thinking of the hotel owners/management. I slept worry-free about my vehicle.
It's a reasonably priced stay with a great balance of proximity to things to do and amenities.

This quite possibly has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff from manager, to assistant manager, to all the people working there do not know their corporate policy do not talk to each other, do not know how to do what I would assume are simple tasks for their profession, they do not know how to communicate with the hotel restaurant in which case everybody tells you something different and the end result was getting my credit card charged when I was assured it wouldn't be. It is ridiculous and this review should be used for more than just a "training opportunity," people should be demoted. It is utterly embarrassing to say you're a professional, and have this many mistakes under your belt. Do better.

Needed a room for just a night and I have to admit that I was skeptical about coming to a Hilton Hotel. I’m usually a Bonvoy woman.
Once I arrived, I was greeted by Paul and he was very patient with me and asked all the pertinent questions of me. I didn’t even realize that I was a Hilton Honors Member. Thank the Lord and was surprised that I was. Wouldn’t have even known or remembered, had he not asked.
Paul told me what was available and I asked if I could see the room prior to accepting it. Charnice chimed in and said she would show it to me immediately. I really appreciated her volunteering to show me so quickly. She was on it! I explained to her how I felt about certain rooms and that I had standards when it came to bathrooms. She said I would be pleased and she was right.
I really enjoyed our conversation and her friendliness to and from checking out the room. Her and Paul made me think differently about Hilton Hotels.
I might have to switch‼️ I ended up getting a suite and it far exceeded my expectations. Especially on such short notice. Kudos to them both for their help and ease of my last minute stay. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.
