    This place is a 10 out of 10 I called to see about having a late arrival I spoke with the beautiful Charniece and she assured me everything will be OK. Once I arrive. I did have the pleasure to meet her in person and her personality matched everything that she had over the phone she made us feel like family and gave us those warm chocolate chip cookies would definitely be back.

    Just checked in to this location with Charnice's help and she was very warm and welcoming and very helpful with our accommodations and confirming our rate included the breakfast in the morning and how to access that. Made the whole process very smooth and stress free. great first impression!!

    4.5 ... you won't be able to warm your coffee in the room with no microwave. And the breakfasts aren't included, but boy, the beds are comfortable and wonderful, and it was very quiet with a good sleep and a convenient location across from the USCIS building.

    I found the entire place to be pretty underwhelming. I'd say it's maybe one step up from a Days inn or Holiday Inn and it's sad this is probably the nicest hotel in the area. Everything was extremely outdated and appears to not have been updated for a very long time. The carpets were disgusting and look like they haven't been replaced or even shampooed in decades. The furniture was old, chipped, and janky. The faucet in the bathroom dropped nonstop after shutting it off. No fan in the bathroom so every time you shower it turns the entire hotel room into a sauna. The door to the bathroom was clearly an after thought. Parking lot was a complete nightmare... Only can use one same lane in and out of the entire place and usually can't get out of your parking spot without having to turn around. The TV was completely useless... They only have basic cable and on demand movies for $25 a piece which is actually INSANE. I could go to the movie theatre and see a movie on the big screen for $10??? It isn't 1998 anymore... Please make some much needed updates instead of painting the walls in the hallway. The housekeeping and location are good but I definitely wouldn't recommend this place or choose to stay here again.

    Fabulous service great food charnice was amazing. The chicken in process was quick, simple and easy models restaurant is amazing. The only thing they should put the scallops on the menu and I will definitely be here every week. The waitresses will be rich. We’re booking a event here and definitely need those scallops.
