DO NOT STAY HERE! Don’t be fooled at the location to the airport. You would rather travel, I promise. No hot water, no matter what time of day. Rooms are dirty. Service is garbage, and you have to pay for parking. The last time I stayed here, someone puked in the elevator.. they put towels over it!! 😳🤢 Doubletree/Hilton doesn’t care at all!! They will NEVER compensate you for your terrible stay and they don’t even care to hold this location accountable. The fact this location can run with such unacceptable conditions makes me question Hilton’s integrity all together. I wish I could give 0 stars, but google doesn’t provide that as an option. How they even have a 3.4 is questionable. Do NOT stay here. You are better off sleeping on the floor in the at Atlanta airport.

I checked out at 7am because the stay was terrible. My room must’ve been directly next to the highway. I barely got any sleep. We were placed in a two-bed unit, but one of the beds was so small that two people couldn’t reasonably sleep in it. There was no free breakfast and no free parking, which was disappointing for the price. The in room fridge didn’t work as well. The hotel is extremely old and run-down. The carpets look like they should be removed altogether, and the overall condition makes it feel like the building needs major renovation. The housekeeping was poor — the room was only half-cleaned and there was hair left in the shower. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided were terrible quality and really need to be replaced with something better. Snacks in the common areas were barely stocked as well. Overall, I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The reviews are accurate. The front desk employee was absolutely awful. It seems many reviews there that, and the response is routinely, “we value your feedback and will use this information to help train our staff,” or some kind of copy and paste response of the like, but it’s obvious that’s never been done because the same complements continue to roll in consistently. I left and went to another property and had a significantly better experience. The front desk employee was rude, obviously very inexperienced, lacked communication skills, was void of any problem solving skills or customer service ability, and generally seemed to not be competent.

This was the worst hotel I’ve been to by far. No microwave, mold in the shower, stains on every piece of furniture carpet and curtains. They charge for the very basics of any hotel like parking and the continental breakfast, which their employees are hustling through. For those who they choose they take money under the table and allow them to park with without paying the full amount, the same with breakfast. I will never stay at a Hilton again

I rarely write a review, but I am compelled in this case. I was actually shocked by the filth in this hotel. On every floor, the rugs are completely stained where it looks like someone vomited or a dog had an accident. The curtains in the room had dark brown stains as did the lampshades. Please see photos. This hotel Should be paying people to stay there, not charging. I don’t know how Paris Hilton can put her name behind such a disgusting interior. I’m pretty sure she would never step foot in this place. The staff was nice, although sparse. Only one person was running the front desk and doing the housekeeping! The bar drinks were $20 a piece as was the breakfast. There was nothing special about this breakfast to have warranted paying anything for it. It should have been free because it was subpar at best and not much more than any other continental breakfast that I have had at any other Hilton or Hampton. I was utterly appalled as a diamond member to have to stay here, but literally came in from my late flight internationally. It was already after 9 PM and I certainly was not going to look for another hotel since I was leaving first thing in the morning. All the online photos made it look like it was brand new. Coming from overseas where the Hiltons are immaculate, spotlessly, clean and fully staffed. It is a disgrace to come back to America and see the slum that they call a Hilton! Unfortunately, as a business traveler, I have been seeing this more and more traveling throughout this country. In a majority of my stays, I have to change rooms because of something being dirty, Food left in a refrigerator, Garbage in the bathroom pail, nightstands that still had the person’s coffee marks from the night before! The Hilton brand needs to wake up and soon! I can’t really even say that this location is good although it states it’s 3 miles from the airport. That is the domestic side only. You have to take a shuttle from international over to domestic the whole process took about 45 minutes. I looked at prices for a Lyft And the average was $35-$50. What they don’t tell you is that the hotel is about 20 minutes or more from the international airport. Travelers should beware! I did try to attach my photos, but I kept getting an error. I can tell you that they look very much like the recent traveler who posted the filthy rugs.
