Every floor your exposed to second hand weed! Bartender is lazy and can’t make a cocktail! Breakfast was terrible and the waitress was rude! The elevator had fresh blood all over the floor! Don’t take your kids here! Front desk was good and cookies were good.

I should have read the reviews, this hotel is really disgusting. As a diamond member I stay in a lot of Hilton Hotels and outside of Embassy Galleria Houston (which they told me there they have a new owner and are doing refurbishment) this one is the WORST and filthiest I have stayed in. Of note: - the shower doors did not slide so I could not take a shower after the first night for fear of getting stuck in them - the cabinets in the bathroom hadn't obviously been wiped down in months if not years - there was no "do not disturb" placard for my door so I had to put a post it note not to enter, they gave me one the day before I left - the white comforter between the sheets had brown on them, I am not sure if it was because they were stained or not cleaned, so nasty - the lamp on the desk didn't work - one day breakfast opened so late I had to go to the site I was working without and no one able to tell me exactly when it would open - stains on the couch and the carpet, I wouldn't put anything on the couch at all. Too many options in the area to settle for this one.

I had no issues with the staff unlike several other reviews. They were polite and helpful at both check in and check out. Amy at the bar did a great job and our food for dinner was good. We found the room to be clean and comfortable although the second floor right over the entrance was a little noisy with guests outside on their phones. This hotel does need updating! The location is ideal for airport travel and the shuttle service was very convenient. No cookies at check in.

This hotel has a great deal of potential. Excellent location, convenient shuttle to the airport, full service property. The strong points are the clean rooms and the above average breakfast which even had an omelet station. The weak aspects are definitely the less than professional staff and lack of policy enforcement. Front desk workers not up to Hilton standards in attitude, attire or communication. This is a premium upscale brand and staff appearance & etiquette should reflect that. Hallways had obvious weed odor as did some of the common areas. Segments of the hotel need remodeling to maintain standards. Overall a decent overnight option once you get past the staff deficiencies.

One of the worst hotels ever, they should not be called Hilton, it should be called worst hotel by Hilton. First of all, when i pulled up, i was stopped by the parking attendant, who said to me, if you give me a tip like $20 i will give you this parking pass and you don't have to pay inside. I said no, i will pay and get a receipt. When I was checking out, I told the front desk attendant, who shrugged. Another front desk attendant, who seemed to be leaving, agreed with me and told the other attendant that a lady had been told the same thing. The rooms are dirty, there is no bulb on the desk or the table, the tall lamp has no bulb, and the shower light is not functioning. Pubic hair in the shower. Terrible staff, rude waitress, rude front desk... lazy, more interested in watching their phones than actually helping guests. You try to call them, but the phone keeps ringing; no one answers. Do not stay here; there are other hotels in the area. I would rather stay at a Super 8 than remain at this property. If you read the property management's response, they say they strive to provide the best service; I think you strive to provide the worst. There is no point calling you as I have called Hilton Corporate, who will get a hold of you to respond.
