He went above and beyond in every interaction, was genuinely kind, and made me feel welcomed and taken care of. My daughters and our dog had just embarked on the road to Indiana for a family emergency, and Brian was so kind and understanding during such a stressful moment. Room was not clean; something spilled on the carpet, door sticks, snot on one bed cover, light bulb out in bedside lamp. Doors on one elevator does not open but about a foot then you have to push it open. Staff not helpful. Waitress asked me when I was almost done eating if I had asked for coffee. I had already helped myself.
