This hotel was only a couple of miles from the customer I was here for. Perfect location for this particular business trip.

A truly bad experience. The room was clean and well appointed. However, it never got below 80 degrees. Was told the first day they were "working on it" and it would cool down as they "worked on it" (I think they were just waiting for the sun to set to lull me into a false sense of security that it was being worked on). The next day, I texted and called 3 times about the room being so hot. The first call and text I was told that they were actively working on it and to "give it some time to cool off." The second call I was told to wait again just a little longer. The third call, I was told it was "far too late in the day for anything to be done about it, there was no nighttime maintenance" (so what was I waiting on all day for?) and I was offered the chance to move to another room. I asked if the new room was guaranteed to have working A/C (I knew others in the hotel were also having problems with their A/C) and I was told there was no way to know if the new room would be hot or cold. The next day upon checkout, when I told the person at the front desk that they should probably not occupy that room again due to the heat, they said "you should have said something!" I then had to explain that I spent the whole previous day saying something and that no one could guarantee that moving rooms would solve the issue. Apparently no one could just check the temp of a room before assigning me a new room? While no one I interacted with during my stay was overtly rude, everyone had an attitude that seemed like they didn't really care about me or my stay. If the A/C is truly an issue out of your hands, you can't even offer me a small discount? A drink coupon? Not even a cookie??? I was here on business and I will never ever return. If a conference or event is ever held here in the future, I will not attend it.

Called the am of reservation to confirm the heated pool,20 min later it was confirmed. Load up spastic quad and wheelchair to stay and get some relief in pool, to find out rudely that its been shut down for a year. Breakfast and parking was way overpriced, the conditioner was out and never got it when I called from shower. Woke up in the morning to a very sore back from mattress, also everytime the toilet was used it made a loud unbalanced thud. They knocked on the door 3 different times by 11:08 regardless if I had the late check out on know. I definitely wont be back. Their famous chocolate chip cookies were nasty fish smelling snicker doodles. Go figure. All I asked was for them to send me to a hotel WITH a heated pool.

This weekend was great. I was able to enjoy my birthday here and my stay was everything I needed. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I really loved the hotels aesthetic, The lounge area was tea. I was sad the indoor pool was closed but the bar was nice and the cookies 10/10

The indoor pool and hot tub are there but have not worked in almost a yearfrom what I was told (part of the reason for getting the room)rooms Getting outdated, doesn't even have a smart TV. Had to ask to get the hot water to get reset, took a shower when first getting here and water barley got warm enough to shower( until I ask about getting i reset ) but why should I have to do that? Rooms/beds are decent/comfortable
