The rooms are nice and clean. Front desk was very helpful and kind. I’m very disappointed and being generous with this rating but the kitchen staff lady with red hair was so very rude to my husband both days of coming to breakfast. She yelled at him in front of other guest about being in line and asking for a banana. She put a damper on our stay and we will not stay here again in the future.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!! No pool; fee based parking; do not give adjoining rooms; multiple issues. Worst Hilton experience. Seemed more like a Motel 8 with everything wrong with this hotel. At check in, I asked what time pool closed and front desk said it’s been closed for months. Got to room and thermostat was hanging off wall and didn’t work. Booked 2 rooms and not adjourning. They moved us to another room across the hall. Bathroom in bad shape with lights under mirror being held up by duct tape. Elevator buttons didn’t work and either did the floor ice maker. Breakfast (extra) was good but holiday inn is better. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. They should lose being called a Hilton.

We recently had the pleasure of staying here very last minute while on a road trip, and had a great stay. It was pretty affordable and we loved the room so much, so we decided to book the same hotel on our way back home. Unfortunately we were so disappointed the second time around. I am never one to complain because I’ve worked my whole adult life in the service industry, so I know how picky and complicated some people can be. But the issues we had with our room last night was so terrible I just had to mention it so that they’re able to make the necessary changes for future guests. Our air conditioning took at least two hours to kick on after fooling with it endlessly (the room got up to 74, and was very uncomfortable). When we checked in we were told the kitchen was still open for room service, but no matter how many times we rang, it was always a busy signal so we ended up having to DoorDash our dinner super late. We had zero hot water all evening no matter how many times we attempted to shower. We have a small baby so it was far too late to go through the hassle of asking maintenance for help or to request a new room so we decided to wait until morning to shower. To our surprise we still had to wait almost 20-30 minutes to get hot water in our room. The cherry on top was the note left on our car that we were supposed to pay for parking. I couldn’t believe it! I thought paid parking as only for the overflow lot, and I’m so disappointed we were being asked to pay $25!!!!! For parking? It’s incredibly unreasonable. And it was never mentioned in our check in instructions that this was something that the hotel required. I don’t know that I’ve ever been charged for parking at a hotel that I’m a paying guest at! All in all, we felt like we were given a room that was a total after thought. It was falling apart and it should never be given to a guest. We know this hotel has the capacity to be a great stay, which is why last night was such a disappointment. The ONLY saving grace was the amazing staff at the front desk! Both last night and this morning- they’re so lovely and kind and the ONLY reason we refused to bring all of these issues up during check out.

Rooms were pretty beat up. I had the $15 dollars supposed to be awarded each day for snack. Wasn’t taken off and front desk could not help me.
