- JPJason Peters1 day ago5.0We had a great stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton. Deja checked us in and really seemed to care about our experience. Kenny and Derrick were also super helpful throughout our visit. The team made us feel welcome from the start. From the outside at night the building gave me hospital vibes, but once we stepped inside it was beautifully decorated and very modern. Our room was spotless and comfortable. My only gripe was the layout. There were three points of entry to the room. The main door, plus connecting doors to rooms on both sides. I did not love that from a security standpoint. The bar was a highlight. Well stocked, attentive service, and the burger was one of the best I have had. I wish I had the names of the bartender and server from the three nights we were there because they were fantastic. The location is just outside the city and felt peaceful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

- SRShakedra R5 days ago1.0I spoke with Kenny Somaroo on site about the following issues. Kenny responded back from a new email thread about issuing a voucher (that was never issued) and “informing others of my concerns”. I’ve since followed up, but did not receive a response. I booked a room at the Doubletree by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody. My mom and my 5yr old daughter were also guests. During my shower, the washcloth began to rip because it was so thin from wear and tear. This is concerning since it was a "clean” cloth. Additionally, my mom told me that the toilet was leaking. I’ve included a photo of it below. The showerhead was poorly assembled, and the vents were dirty. Overall, I felt that the room was unfit for staying and should not have been issued to anyone. Also, around 10:30am, my mom was returning to the room after taking some items to the car during check-out. A male worker followed her into the room and only said “I’m sorry” once he realized I was also there. This was extremely concerning and made me and my mom feel unsafe. My mom is an adult, but my daughter is only 5. I would not consider this location nor recommend it moving forward. That was completely unnecessary and frightening. To know that this was attempted to be swept under the rug is also outrageous.

The cookie that you receive when you check in and upon request was warm and delicious! The room does not have a microwave and, as with ever hotel in the world, room service prices are CRAZY OUTRAGEOUS! They have a restaurant in the lobby that serves a 20 dollar breakfast buffet. It's ok, but I would rather go to the Waffle House (Google them if not familiar). The toilet has a weak flash and you had to hold the handle down when flushing it. I called maintenance and they could not fix the problem. The location was ok. It was close enough to Atlanta but during rush hour dont try to leave...very difficult to get in and out of the hotel. All in all, would stay again but will keep my option open.
