- AAAbdulla2 days ago1.0Be careful from making reservations to this hotel throughout the photo. I did my booking through the phone while i was driving to the hotel. We agreed to book two interconnected rooms with breakfast. However, after checking in and after having the breakfast for the first night, i was told by receptionist that my booking didn't include breakfast!!!!! Why? No one knows!!! Front desk manager through the blame to the Reservation Department. I called them tens of times and i asked them to trace the call record, a request which was rejected by everyone answering my calls. After making several calls and running behind them, they agreed to cover the cost of the breakfast. But in the check out, they changed me for the 50% of the breakfast cost!!!!! They simply don't care about customers. During the calls with Customer Relation Departments, they hanged up the calls several times. Very rude people. The breakfast is very poor and i advise not to waste your money on it. The options are very limited and you have an option either buffet or menu and can't combine!!! During the checkout, the room lock stopped working and we spent outside the room more than an hour waiting for maintenance to reprogram the lock. It was nightmare to get our suitcases from the room and leave the hotel. The rooms are old design and I don't reflect the 4 star hotel. Two stars maximum for the rooms. There is a walking path with artificial river which is really beautiful and kids enjoyed the walk over there.

I did face two issues during the stay. First was the bathrooms were clogged which I felt housekeeping should have attended to prior to occupancy but they offered me a room switch which resolved the issue. The seco d was my booking included breakfast but front desk gave me just weekend timing not mention weekday timing for breakfast which resulted in me missing second day. Bummer. They did offer some recompense for it. Overall great stay but it could have been better if not for the gaps in service oversights
- ASAmna SJan 1, 20265.0We have been to a fair share of IHG hotels as loyal IHG members. We stayed here for almost a full week and I have to say, this hotel experience was great! There were some minor hiccups and service issues but they were resolved at the front desk without any issues. The building was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Not only was the lobby spacious, the pathway outside was stunning; everyone of all ages (from a group of 15 people!) enjoyed the daily walks outside. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The screenshot of my receipt is attached. While checking in and while staying there I asked a couple times to make sure that my breakfast that I paid for wouldn’t be an extra fee. I was told that since I already paid it wouldn’t be an extra fee. I have checked out and since then I found out that they charged money for the breakfast that I already paid for. I tried to contact the hotel many times but no one ever answers the phone. I will be disputing this transaction and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone due to their cheating and unprofessionalism.
- RORuth OdomsDec 29, 20251.0This hotel dose unfair and unsafe booking. Mine you I have stayed here several times as I am a IHG member for 10 years. I also stay here on New Years Eve cause they have a event here so I booked me a room in June of 2025 and bought my event tickets separate. So on December 28 I get a email saying I need to update my credit card within 24 hours or they were going to cancel my booking. I forgot my purse had been stolen an I got a new card so .I decided I would just pay for my room upfront. So Today jan 29 I get a email saying my reservation was canceled due to overlbooking. I book this room in June so my reservation should have not been canceled cause it was booked months ahead . I already in the state with no hotel and can't get refunded for event tickets. I am from out of state do not book here they have no regard for safety or for there customers.. I am going to write a formal complaint to IHG Corporate office . Cause someone who books that far in advance room should never be cancel.
