The service in the restaurant for breakfast and Diner was second to none. The food was outstanding and the service was even better. The staff were amazing. Not one thing do I have to complain about. The gardens were amazing. Thank you for a great weekend stay.

When we got settled in and realized there is a mall directly across from the hotel (shuttle is within distance), top tier. Then you can dine inside and get spirits at not one but two of their bar areas, top tier. There are stunning views outdoors with a walking trail, indoor pool, fitness room and more, top tier. Breakfast is served buffet or à la carte, top tier. What an amazing experience.

The Valet opened the door for me every single time I came in, he has long hair, and to me, Brent the shuttle driver was amazing, very knowledgeable, gave me suggestions and was so incredibly helpful. The staff are what makes the experience exceptional. Food was amazing.

I especially want to recognize the manager, Tyler, who went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with my Booking.com reservation. He handled everything quickly, communicated clearly, and made sure the situation was fixed without any hassle. His professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out and made my stay stress-free. Overall, great customer service, a smooth stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Atlanta area.

Our first room was on the third floor, which absolutely wreaked of chlorine. Our second room was on the sixth floor, and the room itself wreaked of cleaning chemicals. Our third room was on the top floor and seemed fine, until we came back for the evening and immediately saw a German cockroach scurry across the coffee maker. As you know, there’s never just a single German cockroach. The staff handled all of this fine, but they weren’t particularly apologetic for the inconvenience. After the fact, I got a text message asking me to rate my stay. I did, and subsequently had a text conversation with a manager who offered me — and I am not joking here — a free upgrade to a suite on my next stay at the hotel. Sorry, what? This soured me not only on this property, but in IHG hotels in general.
