Came here for a business conference. The internet is super laggy kicks you off constantly. They host a lot of conferences and those rooms don’t have separate internet from the rooms. So, the internet is probably bogged down from the conference and regular guess.
The property is beautiful! Close to shopping and good restaurants close by.

From the moment I checked in, Daniel at the Crowne Plaza elevated my entire stay to something truly exceptional just by his demeanor. His genuine care, sharp intuition, and impressive knowledge turned what should have been a standard visit into an unforgettable experience. He consistently anticipated my needs before I even had to mention them—something you rarely encounter.
Daniel didn’t just provide outstanding service—he redefined what hospitality means to me. Because of him, I’m not just another guest passing through—I’m proud to say I’m now a lifetime member of IHG.

Room was very clean and comfortable however very hot during the day time. Seemed as though the AC couldn't keep up. My first night I went to Parkwoods for dinner and while the bar drinks were great, I ordered the Beef Shortribs Flatbread and it was horrible. It was extremely dry and had turned me off. I almost didn't come back as I felt it was extremely overpriced for the quality. HOWEVER, my last night here I was not feeling up to going out and decided to try it again. Guys, I am soooo glad I did. Had GREAT conversation with the bartender Nicole. She is so knowledgeable and makes a DAMN GOOD Old Fashioned and then she suggested I try a Manhattan as it doesn't have as much sugar. HOLY MOLY THIS GIRL KNOWS!!! And the Ceasar salad I had was phenomenal!!
I am so sad I waited until my last night here to come back and try again!! 5 stars all day so long as you don't get the flatbread. Haha

We stayed in March 2026. The hotel exudes luxury as soon as you pull up curbside. There is valet service or self parking in a private and gated parking garage (had to drive to very bottom floor to find parking, parking garage very hot). The lobby, restaurant, bar, and garden area are stunning, modern, and great ambient places to relax and/or enjoy a meal. Checking in and out was very smooth with the option to check out via text/website.
We were placed on a higher floor and for the first time in my life in all the places I have stayed and travel to, I experienced vertigo the whole time I was in the room. It felt like the building was constantly swaying in the wind or like I was rocking in choppy waters. I am unsure if it was the building quality itself or a one off personal experience but would like to mention for other travelers to keep in mind and maybe request a lower room.
Another caution, apparently the room/thermostat is motion sensored. So if you leave the room of an extended period of time or while you sleep/rest unmoving, the temperature will automatically creepy up. The room would not go lower than 73 degrees our whole stay. Someone did come up to look at the thermostat but flaty told us in a matter of fact manner that the thermostat is motion sensored and there wasn't anything they could do. Highly unsatisfied with the high room temperature for the entire stay.
The wifi was painstakingly slow. You can purchase a faster speed service so I suspect it is slow for the reason to upsell you. I did not use it my stay, it was much slower than my phone service every time I gave it a try.
Outside of those annoyances, the room was very nice! Exceptionally clean and very spacious. I appreciated the large closet with a safe. The bathroom has perfect lighting for getting ready with plenty of countertop space. The room has a mini fridge and coffee/tea maker but no microwave in room. The phone did not work when I tried to use it. Our room had an aerial garden view and I was also able to watch the sunrise.
Other amenities used; the pool was not heated like advertised, the gym was big with plenty of equipment including weights, treadmill, and mats, no hot tub which was very surprising, the breakfast buffet was very good quality and all tasted really good, and we used complimentary shuttle to travel to a few places around the area (2 mile radius from hotel). The mall across the street was huge and there is also a Target close to this hotel.
Overall we had a very nice stay and would likely visit again.

Upon arrival at the hotel I was met with a booking issue I was able to resolve with the direction of the front desk agent and the third party booking site. Once in the room, my travel companion took a shower and found that the tub did not drain. The toilet also did not flush and the A/C wasn’t blowing cold. Front desk sent someone up right away and the bathroom issues were fixed, however the A/C issue was left unresolved and the temperature went up 3 more degrees, this made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. The next day our room was skipped for cleaning, at request the first time, but when they came knocking again after we were up, they were asked to proceed and to provide clean towels and wash cloths. We left the room to allow them to clean and when we came back over an hour later, our room had not been touched. I wasn’t too upset about the missed cleaning, however I did want a shower and had no clean rag or towel. I called the front desk and was told “due to high demand” they could not provide them but would put me on the list. This was at 2:09pm and we did not receive them until after 9. Also, typically if you need something there is an in room phone you can use to quickly reach front desk etc. There is a phone, but none of the extensions actually worked, and we had to call the actual number for the hotel… half the time, we got no answer (it was busy that first night). Parking really should be included in the price of the room. Also, the pool is very small. We ended up not getting in because it was so packed. I did like that they had a shuttle and the driver was such a sweet, helpful man. The employees were prompt and helpful with any issue brought to their attention.
