Before our stay, I called with some questions and Zack was very helpful and professional. When we arrived, everyone at the front desk was very kind and accommodating, including Julia. We stayed on the top floor. The room was really nice and clean. We ordered room service and they got us our food in a timely matter- the hot food was hot and the cold was cold! The next morning we ordered a quick breakfast from the hotel and Maria and Tao were both friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel, the location and the experience were great!

I am very disappointed in the service at the bar and my to go food. When my husband and I first arrived, nobody greeted us or even acknowledged us. We had to come up close to the register to even get any form of service. Then this girl named Ella finally acknowledged us and took our order, but seemed like she was in a rush. We waited 35 minutes just for ONE philly cheesestake and ONE side salad. Just for my husband to go up there to the bar to check on our order since it has been a long time just for one sandwhich and a side salad. They went to check on it, and come to find out that our sandwhich was messed up with veggies in it and the philly was for my daughter that does not eat veggies in her philly. And they had no more philly cheesestake left. So they replaced it with a chicken alfreado and in total time in took ONE HOUR. When we came to the room to finally let my daughter eat her dinner, we found a hair in it... this bar should be ashamed of their customer service and how they prepare their food. Communication goes and long way if she just would have checked on us and checked on our food. You are representing a business, especially when you know there are kids in town for an event, be prepared and have the right attitude. Food safety and quality is important!

I’ve stayed at this hotel probably 6 or 7 times, and I’m always impressed by not only the clean and inviting accommodations, but also by the friendly service. Valencia in particular is a bright light — always bringing joy and kindness, with a genuine warmth that sets a positive tone for my day. Whatever they’re paying her, it’s not enough!
