Always a smile and recognizes us when we are here even though we only stay 3 or 4 times a year. Joy is another excellent employee. She goes out of her way to accommodate us and all guests. She provides excellent services. Joy makes the stay more like home. All is good except the $30 a day parking fee, which is over and above the ridiculous game weekend rates. Seems like they could eat that fee for Priority Members. Why have these clubs without any benefits????
- JLjeremy lordNov 9, 20251.0Stayed here multiple times, won't do it again. The rooms are hit or miss, the most recent room smelled like a locker room. The house keeping staff is absolute garbage, I put out the "greener stay" sign, but they can run and took all of our towels and didn't replace them. Then with the do no disturb/greener stay sign still out they tried to open the door at 930. I attempted to complain directly to IHG, but spent 20 minutes on hold.

Breakfast wasn’t as good as other holiday inns but it’s complimentary so you kinda get what you get. Plenty of parking it is $10 a night/ per car. Also pet friendly which was great since we had our dog with us pet fee was $50 for the whole stay. Rooms were on the smaller side, bathroom were incredibly small/ cramped.

The staff however.... from front desk to housekeeping were so friendly and welcoming! Excellent job!! I travel all the time and know the difference. Rooms are rooms.... but it's the STAFF that makes or breaks the establishment. Kudos to all I encountered.
