TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. & I typically don’t leave reviews but please use another hotel. Lucky I always check my room before entering with my things. This place has roaches and if I am not mistaken I did see bed bugs.. The property is aware because they said they have been trying to find a exterminator

I usually love Hampton inn but this location is not looking out for its Hilton honor members. When my reservation was duplicated without my knowledge they would not waive the $200+ cancelation fee once I arrived and was informed two rooms were booked instead of 1. Not looking out for their guests. Very disappointing. If you’re a Hilton honors member expecting a typical Hilton standard of hospitality, I suggest booking somewhere else.

Service conversations were heard all in the common areas. No rooms were available and staff tried to help the guests LOUDLY! Common area tables were not clean. The maid staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant next to the hotel was loud and disruptive at night.

Next door to a Mexican restaurant which plays loud music. So if you stay here, be prepared to hear boom boom boom until the restaurant closes. Called the front desk about the loud music from the Mexican restaurant and staff didn't seem to care at all. Had to put earbuds in so I could sleep.
