That means so much to me, since a night of restlessness can negatively affect me the next day. Kim Stratman, the General Manager, even hand wrote me a wonderful card, thanking me for my membership and stay, being considerate enough to reserve my favorite room, and offered to help me should I need anything more! What else can I say? She goes above and beyond and is truly amazing! I still have the card on my desk at home!

However, I don’t understand paying $300 for a room that smells like a mix of mold, mildew, and dust. The smell hits you once you pass the check in desk as the hallway carpets smell slightly off putting. When I opened my door I gasped at how badly it smelled. The front desk woman who helped was very kind and got us a new room, which again had the same smell and a dehumidifier? Also both ends of the hotel have tarps so I’m assuming some water damage took place? I understand things like that are out of the hotels control but we should not charge hundreds of dollars for motel quality (and let people know what happened/ what is going on so they can make decisions based on the now). Also, the fridge did not work as my water was the same temperature I received it at (room temp at 7pm) as it was when I pulled it out at 9am. Also there was a good amount of wear and tear in the rooms as well.

The unit had 1 trash bin for the entire appartment, TV without internet exit, and no luggage rack. When receptionist asked how was our stay at checkout, I told her about missing luggage racks and the lack of the trash cans, she became defensive. Why bother to ask if you are not interested in the feedback?
