    Very friendly. Rooms are ok but could using updating. It's a hotel in a college town. Hotel is within walking distance of Sanford Stadium and downtown area restaurants and retail. We have stayed here 2 times in "the tower"

    Room was great, but Brock (one of the guys working front desk) made the stay much better. Great conversationalist and is exactly what you'd expect of a bro phenotype. Super chill and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a good stay. My only gripe if any was the bathroom had a kind of chemical smell to it, which I suppose is evidence enough that they clean it. A quick fix was turning on the shower to the hottest setting and letting the humidity and bathroom fan take care of things.

    We had a wonderful time at the Best Western- clean room, nice breakfast, great location. Brock and Tripp were extremely helpful and went above and beyond! We will definitely be staying here again!

    Stayed for one night, We could leave our car on the parking lot even though we couldn't check in. Very thin walls, our neighbours were not so quite as we wanted. Breakfast was a bit poor in my opinion but it was included. All in all, not too bad.
