- SMSakiyna Matthews3 days ago1.0This best western is thee worst best western I have been to in a while. Honestly best western has truly fell off. Besides being beyond outdated. This specific location was disgusting. Broc is a great human being however he should work some where alot better. 1st off Jared at the front desk should be illegal and against all things customer service. He is horrible, rude, and just should work in services. The towels all have stains and are dirty stained, the sheets are disgusting with cigarette holes stains and nasty old seem very washed out and low quality. The parking lot is horrible and the cleaning crew dont look lile they do too much. The price is not worth a stay here or anywhere. It is complete robbery. The people in the front dont honor the points either which is a complete waste. I am disgusting that I had to stay here due to my child have an event close by. This location should be shut down. Best western quality is no longer a reliable brand. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! DO NOT STAY AT ANY BEST WESTERN. THE ONE IN TEXAS NY ARE ALSO JUST AS HORRIBLE!!!!

- GNGene NicolatoNov 29, 20252.0The young man at the desk was very helpful, however the management may need some training. We stayed 3 nights during Thanksgiving. No breakfast available on Thanksgiving morning, not even coffee. It’s up to management to ensure sufficient coverage over a holiday. There was no ramp from the parking lot to the walkway, again, poor planning. My wife is in a wheelchair, so pretty inconvenient. We booked for 3 nights, yet only 2 bath towels were provided , we eventually found someone from housekeeping , also 1 roll of toilet paper, until we found someone from housekeeping. No shelves in the shower for soap, etc. As someone who worked in management all my career, I couldn’t believe the lack of planning on management’s part. We won’t stay there again. Expected better from Best Western.
