  Friendly staff, especially Johannes, who was kind enough to go out of his way to help me retrieve my phone which I had left in my hotel room. I would highly recommend, especially if Johannes is working!

  This hotel needs a renovation immediately. Very very old and dated rooms. I couldn't even bathe in the tub because it was disgusting to look at. I checked out on the 10th, it's now the 23rd and I have not gotten my incidental fee back. Do not recommend.

  Hotel refills bottles of shampoo and conditioner but can’t really read I guess cause all them sud exactly the same consistency and when I asked for a new bottle, they say they only buy it by the gallon therefore, they just put whatever they can inside of the shampoo bottles

  My family I stayed at this location for springbreak. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The rooms were very clean. This hotel appears to be goin under some new renovations which didnt interfere with our stay. There was great variety of hot breakfast foods available. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed even though the temperature was in the it's. I highly recommend this location.

  I was incredibly dissatisfied with our stay. We arrived at 11:15 pm after 13 hours of driving and all we wanted was a good night sleep before we had to do another 12 hours of driving the next day. When I booked the room, it said it slept 6. I have four teenagers, so they are not small people. But to say this sleeper sofa sleeps two is RIDICULOUS. The mattress was a twin. The beds weren’t even queens - they were fulls. So my one son ended up falling out of the bed in the middle of the night and my husband had to share the TWIN sofa bed with my 15 year old special needs son. Then, no sheets or blankets were provided for it and when we asked the front desk for some, they said it would ‘take awhile’. After 45 min of waiting it’s now past midnight and we said forget it. So we ended up having to take the top sheets off the two beds and that is what they had to sleep with. The only redeeming thing about this hotel is the mediocre free breakfast. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay here again or probably any Holiday Inn Express. For $5 more we stayed at a very nice Hyatt a week before only 10 minutes drive this hotel.
