  We recently hosted our Wedding Block at this hotel, and it was the BEST choice. The hotel is clean, feels new and nice and honestly, the staff just made it that much better. Asad and Jenna and Rachael were super helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Every guest, visiting from across the county, were impressed by the service and by the hotel. We liked the lobby to hang out with wedding guests on the couches and at the tables, and the breakfast counter was really good, too. We will be back!

  Even Hotel Alpharetta may look modern and well-maintained, but the way guests are treated at the front desk is simply unacceptable. During check-in, the receptionist (a young woman whose name I don’t recall) was extremely rude, cold, and dismissive. As a frequent IHG customer, I had all my information already available in the system and was using my digital IHG card, yet she made the process unnecessarily difficult. Her tone was harsh, her attitude unwelcoming, and there was absolutely no sense of hospitality. Instead of assisting, she made us feel like we were bothering her just by being there. Even basic communication felt uncomfortable due to her manner. A hotel experience starts with the front desk, and unfortunately, this one failed completely. No matter how new or nice the property is, this kind of behavior overshadows everything. Very disappointing. I would not return.

  I stayed at Even Hotel Alpharetta, and while the hotel itself may be new and visually appealing, the experience we had during check-in completely ruined our stay. I am a regular IHG customer and always use my IHG card digitally, including through Apple Pay and within the IHG system. Despite all my information being readily available, the receptionist (whose name I unfortunately do not recall) was unnecessarily rude, cold, and unprofessional. Instead of simply using my IHG card on file, she insisted on charging the deposit to my Chase card and even asked for my ID in a way that felt completely unnecessary and inappropriate. Her tone and attitude were extremely harsh, almost as if we were causing a problem just by checking in. Additionally, the parking fees are unreasonably expensive, which only adds to the frustration. Your hotel may be new, but arrogance is one of the worst qualities a business can have. The staff comes across as arrogant and condescending, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I will not be returning

  I recently spent 5 nites at the Even Hotel in Alpharetta GA. Everyone that worked at the hotel that I interacted with were friendly and extremely helpful! My room was large, quiet, clean, very comfortable including the king bed and pillows! The AC worked great and was very quiet. Large bathroom w walk in shower and legit shampoo and liquid soap. Single serve Coffee machine worked great and the coffee was good. Downstairs food counter served excellent cappuccino. I will go back there next time I’m in the area.

  Check in staff was helpful and friendly. Parking can be set up in parking lot by scanning QR code on signage or at front desk. Code offered at check in to waive parking fee. The lobby was clean, inviting and the fruit infused water refreshing. Elevators close to the check-in desk. Room numbers really are Even 😁and easy to locate. Room was clean and smelled great! Everything was stocked in the bathroom and room temperature was adjustable with thermostat. Hotel located off main road, so a quiet area. Location is close to a variety of shops and restaurants that are easy to find. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly!
