I had an overall disappointing experience at this hotel, mainly due to issues with honesty and customer service.
At the bar, the bartender attempted to add his own tip to my bill and then lied by claiming I never signed the receipt, which I absolutely did. This was extremely concerning and unacceptable. As a guest, I should never have to worry about someone attempting to take money from me dishonestly.
In addition, as a loyal Diamond member, my credit was not applied properly. I had to go back and forth with the front desk multiple times before this was finally corrected, which was frustrating and time-consuming.
The hotel itself was just okay. I did not see any bugs, but for the brand and the location, I expected much more. I also wasn’t expecting this level of behavior—what I’d call “Atlanta behavior”—in Alpharetta.
Because of the dishonesty and poor handling of these issues, I will not be returning to this hotel. Trust is important, and unfortunately, this stay did not meet that standard.

Stayed for 2 nights. Customer service was good and the room was spacious and clean. However, at check-in the carpet was wet in a few spots. Despite being on the top (4th) floor, we could hear loud music bass the first night until around 2 AM, and the walls are thin as you can hear toilets flushing from neighboring rooms. Overall decent stay, but not ideal for noise-sensitive sleepers.

Great location, rooms are very nice, hotel clean unfortunately the biggest issue with this location is sleep. The walls are so thin and it is located on a very busy street with several nightclubs. The nightclubs play extremely loud music and you can even feel the vibration thru the walls. It is very unfortunate for this nice hotel.

The room we booked was very different from the one we got - from both online description and photos. Do not get a suite if you are hoping for anywhere to sit. Very rude desk staff argued that the suites can vary and it was not their fault. Suite we booked said couch and work table (could easily seat 4). Suite we got had two uncomfortable chairs. We booked suite so our family of 4 would have somewhere to gather (had 2 queen room also), but the suite we got, 2 people could sit on beds and 2 on chairs, separated by a wall. Rude staff argued that it was what I booked and was very reluctant to offer any kind of remedy. Such a shame that one unprofessional member of staff can ruin a stay.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location in the heart of Alpharetta. However, we will not become a patron of this hotel because of the rude, unhelpful, and unwelcoming attitude of Linda at the check-in desk. There were no bellhops on staff which is surprising considering the fact that parking is very limited. Carts were scarce and we had several loads that we had to handle without any help or the use of a bellhop cart. The Valet was friendly and apologetic for our circumstance. But Linda was unwilling to offer any means of help and downright rude when I dared ask for a cart. A horrible impression in an industry called "hospitality"! I would expect more from a Curio collection by Hilton.
