The hotel and room was beautiful and I enjoyed my stay overall, my only issues are that the staff did not communicate to the housekeeping that our checkout time was moved to 12pm instead of 11am. The housekeeping staff were banging on our door at 11:30am telling me that I need to check out because it is past 11am even after telling them I moved my checkout time to 12pm. When checking out, the lady at the front desk asked me if I had stayed for one night or two because of an issue with the third party website I had booked through. I told her 2 nights. Not even 30 minutes after leaving, the same lady charged my card for a 3rd night. I immediately called and asked her why she did that and she said that I stayed 3 nights. I again told her I only stayed TWO nights as she just confirmed with me 30 minutes prior. It was very inappropriate to charge my card not only for a third night, but also without my knowledge or permission.

The girl at the front desk was so nice when we came in. It’s nice to feel like you’re not talking to a robot. The room was clean, the shower was amazing. The only problem we had was the room was still logged into the previous customer. So Jahoe, if you’re out there reading this, thank you for letting us finish the Diddy documentary on Netflix.

Worst Home2Suites I ever stayed at. Our room had tons of dog hair and was not clean. I communicated that to the hotel staff and their answer was “sorry to hear that”. There are plenty of hotels in the area so better go somewhere else.

Home2 Suites by Hilton Alpharetta was fantastic! The staff was amazing and genuinely loved my two dogs, which made our stay stress-free and welcoming. Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable rooms, and an amazing breakfast. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! 🐾
