I was there on a work trip recently. Tonya helped out alot before I got there and was friendly & helpful! I had the most interaction with Z while being there for a few weeks. She was super helpful every time and always had a smile on her face! Thank you for taking care of all of us ladies!

This was an absolute horrible experience from the moment we checked in. When we got to the hotel the front desk was dark, there was no attendant there. She must have seen us and then came from the back room to tend to us, which she seem like she didn't really want to do. There was no hello, no pleasantries, it was just an awkward check in. She gives us the keys and I find out we are on the third floor. I selected a 4th floor room earlier that day on the app only to be told upon check in that my room was given away and we were put on the 3rd floor. We didn't check in late either. It was about 7:30pm. I purposely always select the top floor. She obviously wasn't going to do anything because I stated I selected a 4th room floor and she just said they gave it away and got silent. So my family proceeded to our room.
We open the door to a freezing room. My husband goes to turn the heat on and it doesn't go over 60 degrees. It goes lower but not higher. This is with the heat on not the air. So I go to call the front desk and the phone doesn't work. This is while my husband is setting up the pull out bed for my son that there is no blanket for.
I said let me call the main number from my cell phone while my husband is putting on the baseball game for my son. Welp the phone number doesn't work and guess what either does the TV. I told my husband try to call the main number maybe its my phone. He got the same issue.
I call Hilton directly to see if they can get in touch with the front desk they tell me they call four times and can't get in touch with anyone.
I didn't want to deal with the front desk attendant because I was already mad as hell and didn't want to come out of character. We ended up leaving 30 minutes after we got there. By the way on the way out, the front desk was still dark and I didn't see her. Maybe she was in that back room again.
We ended up going to Home 2 Suites in Cumming, GA and I had to pay over $200 for another room because of this situation. Oh and I tried calling the hotel directly today again to try and speak to a Manager and the phone number still doesn't work. The phone number says "Welcome to Verizon Wireless, Your call can't be completed as dialed. Please check the number". SMH.

I was at this hotel for a little over a month due to water damage in my home. I did a review on the staff in the beginning of my stay because honestly some people was pretending to be nice. The only person that works hard at this hotel who does their job right is Marlise!! Marlise is an amazing hard worker and she makes sure the guest are well taking care of! The other 2 employees at the front desk was really fake Z & Deborah. Deborah brings her son to work which isn't professional at all, her car gave out of gas on the highway she called me and i went to get her and her baby didn't even ask her for gas money because i do things out of the kindness of my heart and Z the other front desk worker is always on her phone or in the back looking through the glass with a disgusting look on her face. She always watching the male guests saying that they are fine (In a sexual way). 🤦🏽♀️
Let's talk about this General Manager Mike! Whewww this man is a piece of work and a BIG JOKE he was harassing me about payment which is understandable but as I was explaining to him my situation and put him ALL in my personal business. He was horrible and even cussed at me over the phone, he is not a professional person if you ask me! I wouldn't let this swollen person run nothing for me! When I was there no guest liked him and I see why they didn't. He would threaten me with calling the police because of payment and I told him I don't take threats very well. I ended up calling the police on myself and they told me it's a civil matter situation 🙄. I paid the hotel in full within a week after I called the police on myself. Mike is not an understanding person and he doesn't have common sense at all!!
Just to let you all know they need to do random drug tests on their employees at this hotel. I wasn't going to let this situation go because this was embarrassing for me and my kids!
Even though this hotel is in a good location, that doesn't mean that they have the right staff working there. This hotel has to NEVER worry about me again!!
