Very nice Holiday Inn. It has 6 floors and is currently going through the end of a renovation so all of the furniture and beds in the rooms are nice and new. I have stayed here a few times and sometimes the rooms have full sized refrigerators and freezers in them as well. Air-conditioning is solid and the water pressure is good. All of the staff are very nice and helpful. Good location with a lot of restaurants around. Price is good as well for a room here.

Loretta is such a sweet kind soul. Always coming around the breakfast tables making sure all of the guests were good, had what they needed, or if they needed anything else. Smiling from ear to ear. I am absolutely embarrassed that just the day before, myself and other guests had to witness her being BERATED in the lobby by the concierge staff member. She was in tears and I felt HORRIBLE for her. Conversations with employees regarding their work or a complaint should always be conducted in private. Shane on the man who did that to this woman in front of guests trying to eat their breakfast!!!

Service is good. Loretta, Johannes and team are very helpful. While the stay is good and location is fine, the reward points process and breakfast was not good being a vegetarian.

Fine Lady, Ms. Lorreta, Provides Fine Dining Experience with Full Breakfast at Holiday Inn Express, Windward Pkwy. That would be the title of my article if I were to write about her. This very committed staffer has been a pleasure to greet several mornings during my stay. I have watched her provide excellent customer service with kindness to me and other guests/guest families who come in for breakfast. She is courteous and patient with old and young. She does this while keeping food coming with quality standards. Happy Valentines Day Ms. Lorretta.

Loretta, the breakfast lady, was great. Firm but kind about the opening time. She is very helpful if she sees someone struggling with a decision on what to eat, it's obvious she takes pride in her work. Other than the broken pancake machine, breakfast was outstanding. If I have any other training in the area, I will be returning.
