We returned to front desk and we were given a different room only to walk in on other people sleeping in it!!!!!! This hotel was so overbooked with reservations that people who made reservations were being turned away and sleeping in the parking lot!!!
- NWNicole WeirichSep 30, 20251.0This was my first time staying at this hotel in Alpharetta, my company usually sets me up at the Hampton Inn when I am in Alpharetta (which I LOVE) driving up, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the property is, again when I received a warm welcome. The room itself is dated, not thoroughly cleaned , hair on the bathroom floor. I can deal with all of that. It was when I went to breakfast at 6:27am that starts at 6:30am I am told “we are not ready yet, breakfast starts at 6:30” I was very confused because it’s only 3 minutes away. So I asked, am I not allowed to eat? “We are not allowed to let anyone eat until 6:30” then the older crankier woman says but since you are already here we will allow it this time. I literally in shock because we are talking about 3 minutes, by the time the interaction was over it’s not 6:32 and not all the food is out. So I go to make my food and I’m buttering my toast when the older woman comes out with a hot pan and sets it next to me and starts huffing and puffing because apparently I am in her way. I have never been treated so poorly by hotel staff. Thoroughly disappointed in this place and I would give it zero stars if I could. First and last stay for me.

There was another review from months ago complaining about the same thing, so clearly it is not a priority of the hotel to fix it. Would NOT stay here again. Also the rooms need serious work.

- EOErica Apugo OnyiaSep 2, 20251.0Upon arrival, you're greeted with a not so fresh smell in the lobby, halls, elevators, and room. The rooms were not only outdated, but the carpet was lifting. The side of the bottom wall was visibly broken. I wonder if they even planned on repairing it. We asked on several occasions for more towels and washcloths, and never received them. We had to go down to the receptionist on the morning of check out to get them. The cleaner failed to refill the soap dispenser before we arrived. I think that should be checked each time the room is cleaned. Overall, nice location, close to many nice restaurants and shops. The staff were really friendly and greeted us well. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not!
