This location and the staff are so nice and welcoming. I got the pleasure of meeting Sam at check in and he made it a point to remember my name which is amazing!
I enjoyed the breakfast and the server who was very attentive while making sure all the food was available and stocked.
The rooms are a great size and the beds are very comfortable compared to others ive been to.
I will definitely come back and recommend this location.

We enjoyed our stay. We had some initial problems with the rooms but Johannes helped us get everything sorted out for us. We always enjoy the breakfast at holiday inn express. Overall, it was a good place.

The room was absolutely terrible. Multiple bugs, blood on the pillow, weird stain in the bathtub, bathtub was clogged, pull out mattress from the 70s with random stains.
The elevators inspection also expired almost 6 months ago.
Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

My family and I stayed here, and at first look it seemed like any hotel. But it was awful. The rooms were very dirty and unkept, the bathroom and toilet were chipped including several faded stains in the tub . The bathroom door was constantly getting locked and we had clogging issues in the sink . We also saw couple of insects that we found in the room even though there was no opening in any windows. They were not bed bugs. Some of the rooms were updated and some were not. Our hot water wasn’t working either. One of the biggest concern, which I have seen through many reviews and experience, is how RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL the lady that was in-charge for the breakfast area. She was rude to the customers coming in for breakfast constantly saying that the area was closed even if there was a good 10 minutes left. On the day we where checking out, the lady had came up to one of my family members and asked if they new english and when they responded she said “well i wasn't going to talk to you if your going to snap and me like that “. And then proceeds to show attitude and then asks for a review. Mind you my family member didn’t show any disrespect and even replied saying “yes I speak english” in a very calm tone and also agreeing to write a review. This hotel does not live up to its rating. This hotel is not even a 3 star hotel. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

I’ve been a loyal Holiday Inn member since 2014, but after this experience, I will no longer be staying at Holiday Inn properties. I had booked a stay from December 11–13, 2025, for a two-day getaway with my husband and kids. Unfortunately, we decided to check out early on December 12 because of how we were treated.
At check-in, the young lady who helped us was very kind and professional. She informed us that breakfast was available until 10:00 AM, which is why we went down at the time we did.
When we entered the breakfast area, there was no staff present at first. About 10 minutes later, Loretta walked in and immediately started yelling at us to “get out,” saying breakfast had ended. I tried to explain and even apologized, but after she began yelling, I didn’t feel comfortable speaking anymore. She continued telling us to leave even as we were simply waiting for our bagels to finish toasting.
If I had known breakfast was already over, I would never have gone into the area in the first place. The way we were spoken to was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I know Holiday Inns have cameras, and if management reviews the footage, they will clearly see that I was polite and respectful from the beginning.
When I reported the incident to the manager, Kendra, Loretta suddenly changed her story and said we could go into the breakfast area. But by then, the damage had been done. My husband and I were upset, and worst of all, my kids said they felt worried and preferred to just go home. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable staying there.
The manager only said she would “talk to Loretta,” but since she works the front desk, it’s hard to believe she didn’t hear the commotion herself. Her response did nothing to make us feel supported.
Because of this experience, we checked out early and booked with Hilton instead. This Holiday Inn needs friendlier, better-trained staff who know how to speak to guests—especially families who have been loyal to the brand for years.
